Kamaole Beach Royale #304 is centrally located to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and recreation; but many simply love to enjoy the panoramic ocean views and sunsets from the comfortable balcony. The unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need during your stay. There is one bedroom and one bath, AC in the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. The bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen television. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a large flat-screen television. Kamaole Beach Royale #304 also provides beach chairs and beach towels for outdoor enjoyment. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! The unit sleeps up to 4 guests. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Kamaole Beach Royale is centrally located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park #1; a white sandy beach in South Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. It has lush tropical landscaping, a swimming pool, covered, open-parking, and a rooftop pavilion to barbecue and watch breathtaking sunsets. The central location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches, and it is a short drive away from the famous golf courses of Wailea, Maui.
** Important Notice: Concrete spalling repair is scheduled for February-April, 2026. Guests can expect construction noise, equipment in the parking lot, and guests may need to utilize street parking. Contact our office for additional information. **

The individual suite was great. Beautiful view from the lanai. The suite was clean and as advertised. Overall this unit was a perfect place to call home for our 10 day stay in Maui. Some very minor considerations... the foam topper in the bedroom was way too soft for us. We sunk so far in and at our age, we need something firmer. We were disappointed that the rooftop bbq/common area was closed for our entire stay due to construction, however we were not informed of this until after we had arrived. I have stayed in another unit in the same building in 2019 and eating dinner from the rooftop, taking in the amazing view was a highlight. So it was extremely disappointing to arrive and find out it is under construction and would be the whole time we were there. However, we were still in Maui and its hard to complain about that :) We had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay in a clean, convenient & well stocked suite (aside from Toilet Paper). Lol. 3 rolls of 1 Ply, for 3 people for 10 days definitely didnt cut it.

Very enjoyable

Clean, nice view, well equipped, good location - beach, stores, restaurants.Property manager over communicated with emails and texts - I had to go through too many to find the one with the specific information I needed.

Very clean. Had beach things- chairs, noodles, boards, coolers, ice which was great. Enjoyed sitting on porch with via of ocean. Good tv and internet. King bed had a topper on it which got warmmadeare it soft

Awesome location and view

Very glad we stayed there, perfect location , excellent shops and food right across the road. Maui fish and chips is fantastic, short drive to Foodland or ABC store right next door. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Cold shower/ amazing location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was smooth with check in . Great location. Cold showers everyday....water never got warm. Washing machine did not work( did not fill with water) so we just filled a pitcher and added water.could use a good deep cleaning. The roof top deck was wonderful every night. We will definitely go again to same building but different unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, condo 304 was comfortable, however there were some inconveniences such as not having a smaller fry pan to cook an egg, no working light over stove, no ice chest/cooker, umbrella that didn’t have a screw bottom and had holes. One of the bedroom lights was not plugged in and bed frame was too heavy to get to an outlet. It was quite warm in the bedroom so wanted to sleep in the living room however the mattress in the sofa couch was not very comfortable.

Great location and great sunsets

The location was perfect. Walking distance to a beach, snorkel rental, ABC store, and many food options. We stayed in the unit for 3 weeks and it had all that we needed. Pros: location and patio view. Kitchen stocked to make basic meals, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Cons: pillows and Wi-Fi. (We made it work, but both were not the best) I would stay here again for sure!

Easy walk and/or drive to many excellent food options (Nalu's, Kihei Caffe, Monkeypod-Wailea. Nearby Foodland is good for groceries and also excellent poke. Unit was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Pool was well maintained. AC was doable by using a fan to move living room AC air to bedroom. Absolutely love Kihei and would definitely stay in this unit again.
