Please note that poison ivy grows along the stairs leading to the beach. While the area is maintained, it's important to stay on the stairs and avoid stepping into the brush. This will help you enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

We had a great vacation at this property. We had three families in the same house and we had plenty of room. The location of the private beach was amazing and so easy to access. The property manager was also very easy to communicate with if an issue arose. Excellent stay

Great for friends reunion

The house was perfect for 5 couples. Great location between Suttons Bay and TC. Spent hours around the fire pit on the beach. Enjoyed Hop Lot brewery and Kayak Bike & Brew in TC. Easy access to the west side of peninsula. Troy is very helpful and attentive with any needs. Thank you!

Great location

The house and location were great. We had plenty of room to spread out, but also to enjoy time together. Beach and fire pit were great. Kayaks and paddle board were enjoyed. One negative, the Leelanau peninsula is a big agricultural area and since the crops were ripening, there were a number of fruit flies everywhere. In no way did it ruin the trip, they were just annoying. We will definitely consider visiting again.
