Downtown La Cruz vacation rentals

We found many items needing attention. It was handled on the spot. Hope we too were good guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! Every picture is accurate to the property and the guest rooms were even bigger than we thought with large closets and dressers for all the rooms. The master bedroom is fabulous with the panoramic views to wake up to every morning! It was hard to leave those views! So much space for our group to relax in. We went with 2 other couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in good working condition. We used the grill, kitchen stovetop, laundry and everything worked well! We were able to use Uber to all the local grocery stores and buy the essentials for our food needs. The location is perfect! Very quiet street and the beach access was a half block away; the beach was soft sand and not busy at all, with calm lagoon feel waters and just so peaceful for daily walks. The marina is also a wonderful walk around each day and we bought fresh fish a few times to grill up for tacos. It was delicious. The Sunday market at the marina is a must! So many amazing local venders with live music, food, and handmade goods! We walked the local streets for lunch and dinner each night and felt very safe and the condo booklet of food recommendations was perfect! We tried several places they recommended and each one was fantastic! We did a few excursions with Vallarta Adventures and the zipline tour and Rythmns of the Night are a must!! It was a 15min cheap Uber to the location spot. We will be back! Loved every minute of it! Thank you!

very nice property!!...very well maintained, .we felt safe as there was security 24/7..all staff at the resort were very friendly...the beach right outside the resort was rocky ..but we were informed of this prior to trip...there are 2 beautiful beaches within a 5 minute walk with full amenities...i highly recommend this property...i hope to return 1 day!jeff p......canada

Condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved spending time in La Cruz. Rooftop space was wonderful.

The property is gorgeous, the condo was clean and a minor issue was addressed right away. We loved watching the whales breach from the patio. The only thing that could be a little clearer in the listing is that the beach was somewhere between 1/2 mile-3/4 mile away and the trek back to the condo includes a long steep hill so if you’re not fairly fit you’ll struggle a bit going back up, a golf cart would be really helpful for the older less fit crowd. Christine was very responsive and welcoming and it’s the perfect location if you want out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Would definitely stay here again. It's not a resort by any means but the price point is great; it's more of a condo / apartment building. Communication before and throughout the stay was great; the property manager gave us restaurant recommendations and connected us with a taxi service. Accessibility to downtown was short and easy via quick walk on the beach or by road. The beach in front of the place isn't great but there's a good swimmable beach to either side.

My husband and I fell in love with Zantamar! The fifth floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was perfect for our three week stay. The view of the mountains, the town of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and the Marina was panoramic. Everyone who worked at the property was helpful and caring. Great security without being overbearing. Diego and Beach Please were always responsive to our requests. The pool on the first floor is glorious. The pool on the main level is just steps from the beach. Lots of room for people to hang out and chill. We fell in love with the aguachile at La Ballena Blanca on the square. Loved Tortilleria La Marina and Lizy's Coffee on Calle Coral. We became addicted to the Tuna Tartare at La Cata restaurant at the Mercado Del Mar, the extraordinary fish market in La Cruz. It was an easy 180 peso taxi ride to and from Bucerias where we had lovely meals at La Casa by Thierry Blouet, Meat Meet and Le Bistrot. IEasy check-in and check-out. The beds are comfortable. The towels fluffy and abundant. Cleaning was just once a week so we added a mid-week cleaning. Diego helped us arrange for Anna to came every week on Wednesday. We grew very fond of a local doggy named “Ballentine.” We thought we’d hang out more at the Sunday Market but only went once during our stay. The local beach clubs were affordable and a great way to spend a day. Zantamar was a balm for our spirits and bodies! Thank you!

This was our 2nd time staying in this lovely 2 bedroom penthouse. The condo is situated on the beach next to the Marina. Interesting to watch the bird life and the Marina activity from the 2 decks. Our favourite restaurants were Tacos on the street and Frascatis. delicious. We also enjoyed Sunday Market Day on the Marina Seawall. You can easily walk to all the restaurants,shops and bars but there is underground parking if you do have a car.. its a small town but has everything you need. my husband especially enjoyed the roof top plunge pool. The host was great, very professional and helpful. We will return.
