Our Refurbished 1st Floor condo sits on 455 acres of wooded foothills 300 feet above gorgeous Lake Cumberland. The back porch overlooks the fairway of the par 5 7th on the 18-Hole championship golf course designed by Lee Trevino and Dave Bennett. Located within walking distance to the clubhouse, which features the following:

The property comes with a well-appointed kitchen, stainless steel appliances featuring a one of a kind Island-bar that seats 12, perfect for entertaining! The screened-in porch features panoramic views of the 7th hole, and a bar area great for a cocktail after a fun round of golf. The Family room comes furnished with two comfortable couches, a rocking recliner, and 55" smart TV for movie nights and sporting events. Every room and bedroom has a smart TV with connection to 100meg Wi-Fi. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a master bath on suite. The second bedroom has two bunk beds one Twin XL over Queen & one Twin over Twin bunk bed.

House Rules:
- Parking in front of unit on 1st come 1st serve basis.

- No open flame candles.
- All cooking oil discarded in trash.
- NO PETS
- Please only use toilet paper.
- No flush items: Paper-towels, feminine items, flushable wipes etc.

Things to keep in mind:
- 15 mins to market place Kroger
- 7 mins to Dollar General, Gas stations, and Burnside Marina
- Cell phone signal is spotty on resort
- Bring your own Alcohol (Not sold on resort grounds)
- Golf carts: Rentals at Golf Course Pro Shop

Our property is perfect for family adventures, group golf trips, or a great escape from the city lights. No matter the reason, this unit was made for a good time, with the people you love, in a resort built for having a great vacation.

Our stay was great, the condo was perfect. Loved the king bed, just a little high for seniors. First floor entrance was nice. Bunk room was just what we needed. It was clean and had all the appliances and plenty of towels. Hope to stay there again next year.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time at Lake Cumberland. This unit was beautiful and just as described. We loved the large island that was big enough for all of us to eat around. We were within walking distance to the pool. The only very small problem was I detected a faint hint of pet odor. As I have many pets at my own home, it didn’t really bother me.

Peaceful and perfect

This property is even better than the pictures convey. Beds and comfy, every amenity is available, and it is in pristine condition. Location is convenient to everything on the resort—golf, pickleball, tennis, swimming. Can’t wait to come back and experience the serenity of Woodson Bend again and again staying in this amazing condo with my family.

I’ll start with cons:Overwhelming musty smell in living room and enclosed room. We bought several Damp rids and that helped somewhat.Pulling weeds and landscaping would help curb appeal.Enclosed room had tons of cobwebs. We just didn’t use that room.Missing face plates off a few outlets. Pros: the resort is lovely with a great pool and activities. Great location close to sites and storesBesides the enclosure, the condo was clean and well stocked. Lots of utensils/gadgets, etc.Nice decorPlenty of linens and beach towelsLoved that there’s a TV in every room! Good channel/streaming choices Plenty of seating around island (a little high for my old bones, but that’s on me)Ample parking.We didn’t use washer/dryer but nice that it was available Nice added touches like Q-tips, cotton balls, body wash and lotion. And my favorite was Kleenex in every room!We didn’t communicate with owner.Overall with a little TLC, this place could be a 10.
