There are three bedrooms, each with its own attached private bathroom. The yard is huge and completely fenced in with a private pool. The kitchen opens up to an outdoor covered patio with lounge seating and a dining table.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire property. All spaces are available for the guests and there are no shared spaces on the property.
Other things to note
The property is entirely fenced in and secured with additional barbed wire and a security camera at the entrance for guest safety. There are deadbolt locks on each bedroom door for additional security.

Please note electricity for use of A/C units is charged separately at 15 pesos/kw.
