The concerns mentioned in your review relate to the exterior of the home. As the property is located directly on the beach, occasional bird activity is unavoidable. While we do our best to minimize any mess, it is not possible to eliminate it entirely in a beachfront setting. During your stay, I checked in with you multiple times—both by phone and in writing—to ensure everything inside the home was satisfactory. Each time, you confirmed that everything indoors was fine. Had any issues been reported at that time, I would have arranged for cleaning or maintenance immediately. You informed me of a possible leak only after your departure, and I had someone inspect it the same day. My response began by thanking you for bringing the potential issue to my attention.
