We do disclose in our listing that there is ongoing construction noise nearby, and we always strive to be transparent about this to avoid surprises. Regarding the locks, these were fully functional prior to your stay, and we had no reports of issues beforehand. If you had any trouble with the water pressure, we wish you had let us know during your visit, as we could have looked into potential solutions right away. Concerning the thermostat settings, we are contractually obligated to maintain the temperature within a specific range for the property owners. However, our welcome book clearly states that guests can contact us to remove the lock and allow temperature adjustments to a lower setting. We regret that you did not reach out to us for assistance, as we would have been happy to help make your stay more comfortable. We appreciate your feedback and encourage open communication to ensure a better experience for future guests.
