INTERNET SANS FIL. 5 CHAMBRES pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12, ventilateurs de plafond, climatisation, ainsi que 4 téléviseurs avec câble. 3 BAINS PLEINS À JOUR avec sèche-cheveux. CUISINE et SALLE À MANGER sont équipées de toutes les casseroles, assiettes, couverts, verres à vin, cafetière et autres ustensiles nécessaires. SALON est confortablement meublé avec de nouveaux meubles (2015), une nouvelle TVHD À ÉCRAN PLAT DE 46 POUCES avec DVD / VCR BLUERAY. Le salon et la cuisine ont tous deux des ventilateurs de plafond et A / C. Toute la zone a été repeinte et la moquette et les lits de la maison ont été nettoyés à la vapeur par des professionnels. LA BUANDERIE (NOUVELLE SÉCHEUSE ET LAVEUSE en 2014) est située au niveau inférieur, juste à l'extérieur de deux des chambres et d'une toute nouvelle salle de bain complète. L'ESPACE EXTÉRIEUR comprend un patio et un belvédère, une grille à gaz, des tables et des chaises. Une grande cour arrière est clôturée pour vos plus jeunes enfants. DOUCHE EXTÉRIEURE- (NOUVEAU 2014) avec eau courante chaude et froide. Il y a un grand parking 9 VOITURES ou votre BATEAU. (La pêche est incroyable!)

The house fit our family well. We LOVED the side yard with the seating, gazebo, fire pit, and grill. In the house, the floors could have been cleaner. We had a baby crawling, and she would get her knees, hands and feet pretty dirty. The space was large enough for all of us to be together.

Very small family gathering!

We are third time vacationers. Unfortunately, a series of problems befell us and the whole crowd was not able to come. The daughter, son-in-law and friend who got there had a great time.

Another great week in Narragansett

Our two children and their spouses, and two young teens plus two cousins and an aunt from Colorado had a wonderful time! With friends who live just around the corner we went out to dinner 16 strong, used every "sunshiney" minute to haunt the beaches and spent time under the trees on the great patio! A trip to Block Island to rent mopeds was one of the highlights. What a great week!

This house is poorly maintained and not designed for a family. It is more suited for college students who don’t care about aesthetic or frills. The house smells like mildew and there is visible mold in the AC units. The vinyl flooring was ripped and a tripping hazard. The bathrooms are old and cruddy with a ceiling falling apart and are absolutely not “updated” as described in the listing. The house is far from “immaculate” as stated as the headline of the listing. Very disappointed the owner never responded to our issues.

Excellent Property - Accurately Described.

We stayed in this house for a week, with a group of 10 people. We found the property to be spotlessly clean, scrupulously maintained, and extremely comfortable. The large great room and patio areas made it very easy for our large group to be together and socialize. We also found a short cut to the beach avoiding the main road (turn right out of property, left at the end of the road and there is a pathway on the right about 300 yards down. Left at the end of the path towards the beach front). We definitely intend to stay here again and will recommend it to our friends. The owners are extremely easy to deal with.

Great location, misleading details in listing

Pros: Great location in quiet neighborhood 10 m walk to incredible Scarborough Beach. Outdoor setup was wonderful for large family gathering with plenty of space for kids to run around and play in the kiddy pools. Beds were comfy and rooms were quiet. Appreciated the combo of ceiling fans and air conditioners in each bedroom. Come: Nowherewothout linens in the listing does it actually state that linens and towels are not provided. There is a note at the end of the 90 amenities that you can rent linens from a local company. We arrived at night with my 93 year old mother and everyone had to sleep with no sheets or pillowcases. Called three companies - all out of linens for a week. Called, emailed and texted Mike right away but no response. Next day got a text apologizing for not having seen our communications and stating that linens aren’t provided. Period. Thankfully one of the companies took pity on us and called to say they had located some Sheets and would deliver the next day. Mike - change your listing, keep your phone with you if you’re renting so you can respond right away and provide some support. That’s what a good host should do. Second misleading part of the listing wa that there are four beds in one of the downstairs rooms. There are only two and there isn’t room For two cots. And there were only 8 forks which we let Mike know about - no response. At least supply enough forks for one meal!

Summertime stay with black mold

There was black mold in AC units, on some walls and windows, and in the dehumidifier. The house is a good location, however needs black mold to be removed.

Great yard!

The property is great, our third or fourth year there. We especially like the yard which has a large shaded space for a large table and lots of chairs and we ate almost all our meals out there. Tv and internet worked, kitchen well stocked. We had a problem with a door that got locked, we called the owner who was very responsive and helpful. Only criticism is that several of the mattresses need to be replaced.

Great place for our family reunion!

We needed a place to accommodate our family, 12 of us from New York, New Zealand and Colorado! The house was perfect! Probably the best part was the outside patio where we all spent most of our time. There is a big table and lots of comfortable chairs under a big shady tree. Next best is the outdoor shower which everyone used and loved.! We spent days at the beach and evenings gathered under the tree. It is a great place to vacation! Thanks, Mike!

Not what I expected

Overall, the house is spacious and light, the kitchen is great and fully equipped. Its about a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Nice outdoor shower. However, we had quite a few problems here. The main side door did not stay shut, so we had to keep it locked or propped open the whole week we were there. We arrived to a broken chair tipped on its side in the livingroom, which we propped up with books. There was not one scrap of toilet paper in 3 bathrooms (bring your own). The bathroom cupboard door downstairs fell off when we opened it. The upstairs shower was not able to be used. When I contacted the owner on these things, he did say I "would not be charged", but did not come to address any of the issues. The basement is so moldy and smells fairly bad, despite a dehumidifier running all the time. The refrigerator froze so much of my food, despite 3 attempts at adjusting the temperature, I had to start using my cooler to store vegetables. When I notified him of this, and asked to please send someone to check it, he ignored me, did not respond at all. We will not be staying here again.

My family and me stayed for the whole week after you, and my god, the house was a mess!! My cleaners charged more then normal weekly cleaning, and I was thinking keeping your damage deposit ($400), but I decided to give to you back. The refrigerator was fine, the whole week. The shower was good too. The bathroom cupboard was fine until you and your family broke it. I been rented summer weeks for 15 years, and you are right, you will NOT staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time, and the house was perfect for us! Our teens had their own space ( and we did too!). The homeowners were extremely responsive and the house was lovely!

Fabulous property!

Everything we could possibly need was provided. The owner is a truly nice guy, and the house was centrally located to beaches, restaurants, the Block Island, and only a short drive (30 mins. or so) to the airport. The outdoor spaces are equally accommodating.

Perfect for our extended family gathering

House and location were perfect. We had 3 generations together. Great for kids. Close to beach and hiking trails. Lovely beach and other attractions in the area. Host was very responsive. Hoping we can come back next year.

Would definately recommend this property!

This property really worked out for us. The space in the house was very functional and you could tell that the owners put some thought into their decisions. The twin beds were great and they had trundles in two of the rooms! The house was extremely clean and kept up. The fans in each room as well as ac were a big bonus as were the number of tvs in the house. The owner was easy to work with and very quick to get our security deposit back. Would definitely recommend this property!
