Second stay at this property and again, we were not disappointed! House is spotless and host is super responsive. Location is absolutely ideal, just outside of downtown and other attractions by minutes. Will stay again!

We had a great time during our stay. The kitchen was set up nicely and was clean. The whole house looked great. There were 10 of us so it was a full house.

Great location!

The beds were very comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the loft! The kitchen was adequately stocked, and it was nice to have an area dedicated to working out.

Great location in Historic District

Great little escape in Historic District of Sioux Falls. We loved spending time on the front porch. Would definitely stay again.

The dishwasher was broken and there was no attempt to fix. We had 10 people and there were 3 forks. Nordic track bike did not work so we could not exercise. There were 3 rolls of toilet paper for 10 people. Several locks on windows were broken and not lockable which was a safety concern. The locks on entrance doors didnt always work. The front storm door does not close and less pushed because its bent. The handle on storm door was broken and razor sharp. There were cigarette butts in landscaping by side door. The towels in closets were damp so we needed to put in dryer. The game table had no balls so we could not use which my Grandson was looking forward to. The refrigerator leaked water across the entire floor. When I tried to message host on 2nd day I got a response saying I can no longer message regarding this trip. It was the first time my family was going to be under one roof together to make memories for a wedding celebration and these issues caused distress to what was suppose to be a great weekend of celebration.

Nice Place!

This was a work trip so location was great and close to the airport, meeting venue, and many local attractions. House was very clean and Nick was extremely responsive! Although there is another smaller shower, hoping they get the main shower fixed for their next guest...low water pressure. Will be saving this one for next year's trip!

Lovely historic district stay!

Loved that the house has 4 levels! The kids had lots of independent play and the adults had lots of calm on the main level! The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the windows allow tons of light in the house. The host was very accommodating to our 3 family group. We had a lovely walk to Queen Bakery, Falls Park and La Luna. So fun to stroll through a historic district on our way!

Beautiful Home

This house was just like it said and more. So beautiful and the beds were sooooo comfy! Had tons of amenities and the kids LOVED the sauna the movie theater room. The bean bag couch was so cozy my two teenage daughters chose to sleep there instead of beds! The area has lots of historic houses that made the stay seem even more serene. Probably one of the cleanest houses we stayed in as well. Can't say enough about it!! Would recommend 1,000 times over!

Nicely remolded home in a beautiful historic district. Location was perfect- close to lots of shopping and boutiques, a short drive to the waterpark, and close to Falls Park. The sauna was great. The front porch was nice to sit and have coffee on. Beds were comfortable. There are quite a few stairs (I recently had an I jury to my foot), but it was manageable for me. Just something to be aware of! It had everything we needed, except a can opener. The only thing we could think of that would have been nice to have would be maybe some ice cube trays. Great place, would stay again!

Great location, but not what we expected

Very cute small house but not what we expected. This house was not large enough for 9 people. The lawn hadn't been mowed; it was very long. There was laundry in the dryer when we arrived, beds were just thrown together. There was no water pressure. They just need a new shower head that would take care of the issue. Someone else arrived at the VRBO at 11:00 in the evening stated they had the house rented as well! Overall, I wasn't pleased. The house has a lot of potential, unfortunately they are only doing the bare minimum to take care of it.
