Family of 12 stayed for a week

Although it is close to theme parks, we did get stuck in traffic a few times (10 mins) Could use carpet replacement upstairs. My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. With it being in a gated community, we felt safe.

Simba’s Magic was excellent!!

We had a great stay February 2019. This house was exactly as described and the pictures show every room as they are. We didn’t have any immediate issues that needed to be fixed during our stay but I texted Sri and they were going to fix it immediately after we left— these issues were one of the media room chairs wouldn’t work and a light in a bedroom was blown— nothing major that didn’t keep us from having an amazing stay! Quiet neighborhood! The beds slept comfortably, thenkids especially loved the bunk room and the game room!! If you’re looking for a place to stay especially with a large group this is the place to stay!! We had 10 in our group and we could have added another family of 6 and everyone would have a bed to sleep in!! Also... it was about a 10-20 minute drive from Disney and about 30-35 from universal. Check out Simba’s Magic if you’re looking for a cheaper location that staying in the park!!

Nice house in a good safe neighborhood, with lots of things for kids to do. Location to Disney and SeaWorld was perfect.

Family trip

Although we tried to enjoy our stay, I do have to say that the rental property was outdated with clogged sinks, two coffee makers and none worked, dish washing machine never worked as well, jacuzzi did not heat up. Trash cans were full and no where to dispose of the garbage. Wifi was off and on and the last night it was out and never came back. One would expect that after paying so much for a property that everything would be in good functioning shape, but I guess I was wrong .

Great communication, and location. Home needs some love.

The owner of this home is great, very easy to communicate with and answer all questions promptly. The home is large and has a good location for Disney parks and near groceries and shopping. The home is in need of some TLC though. Stair hand rails and pantry door nobs are grubby and need to be painted. An upstairs sink did not drain and some showers had a slow drain. Carpet upstairs is at end of life and the theater room seating really needs to be replaced and a proper screen installed rather than a painted wall and speakers need to be re hung. It would also be nice if the theater and bedrooms tvs were smart/ netflix enables rather than only the living room. The theater does have a port for your own fire stick but we did not think to bring one. The pools is large and hot tub was nice but tue childrens fence on pool deck needs repair as it does not close properly to provide safety. The pool deck also needs a deep clean, we foundany cigarette butts, mildew and things that should be cleaned up after each tenant. Please note In closing I would strongly consider renting from Emerald Island rentals again but I would confirm before booking all these things have been addresed. Thank you Sri.

Beautiful vacation home for large families

Our family of 14 (including 4 kids under 18) stayed here for our family visit to Disney World and Universal Studios. We found the villa spacious and clean. It was convenient to visit Disney World with only 5 minutes drive and grocery stores and restaurants as well. Kids enjoyed the pool and theater room. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend Simba's Magic and would stay here again in the future.

We will be back in a few years

We booked two properties in this resort for a family vacation both being 7 bedroom villas. This we all agreed is the better option. The villa was as in the pictures, well maintained and clean. The pool area was huge and the shrubs around the pool made it private. Free BBQ grill was a plus. Movie room was liked by all kids. Close to Disney and resort security was top-notch. We will be back to this villa in the next couple of years when the kids grow little older.

Week long Stay at Simba's Magic was fantastic

Our stay was perfect. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the villa (usually just to sleep and eat breakfast). The commute to the parks was short and we were so close to all of them that some were just less than a ten-minute drive. We loved the size of the villa and the place is definitely being well taken care of. Kids spent a night watching a movie in the private movie room (ended up sleeping midway :) Pool area was spacious and were able to sit around for a drink in the evenings, it was lovely. We will certainly stay here again when we return.

The name says it all - 5 star villa.

We had a vacation of a lifetime during our one week stay at this villa (booked with the owner directly on his website). Having a great base for our stay in this villa that was close to all parks, with many shops near-by made it easy for us to make the best of our trip. The facilities at the villa and the resort were really nice. It was a breeze to work with the owner who was available at all times. Would love to stay again in this villa in the future.

We loved it!

We rented this villa for a family week in Kissimmee to visit the Orlando parks. The villa was real nice and spacious. Kids loved the movie room and the pool table. Kitchen and living areas were spacious. Beds were comfy too. We loved it.

A fine vacation rental that we were happy about

The Simba's Magic was a fine villa and you can't beat the prices. We looked at least 20-30 rentals before selecting this and we would be happy to skip the search and just book it again next time. The villa was as shown in pictures, spacious and clean. The theater room was superb and the kitchen and other rooms were quite spacious. Resort grounds were clean and well maitained.

Fab villa close to attractions

This is a fabulous villa where we stayed for a fortnight with our family of 10. Loved the house which is clean and spacious. Property caretaker was a phone call away when a bulb was blown. The owner is pretty much hands-on with this rental during the booking process and afterward. Brilliant guy to work with. Pool area is large and private. We cooked out a few times using the grill. Will be certain to check this villa first for our next trip.

A perfect stay on our family vacation

My family and I just returned from an excellent stay at Sri's property, Simba's Magic! The home is beautifully decorated and the pictures don't do it justice! It was the perfect size for our extended family with kids and adults, including grandparents who LOVED it too! The experience was excellent from the start; Sri responded promptly to my questions (and I had several) and he made me feel at ease about renting the home and contacting him as needed! The rental price and contact details were provided upfront! This home has it all, wonderful location, great amenities, quiet and safe (gated community). Upon arrival the home was clean and ready to go! Kitchen had all the utensils/items needed and we saved a tone by making easy meals before heading to the parks. When we didn't want to cook, there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The beds were nice & comfy and each room had a flat screen TV, cable and DVD players!! The movie/game room was an added bonus; a great place to have family time or where the kids could watch a movie together on a rainy day...can't do that at a hotel!! The parks and shopping areas, including grocery stores were close by and you can purchase park tickets at the on-site clubhouse. The Emerald Island clubhouse staff were equally amazing; they were very helpful and always polite!! This was an amazing experience and would recommend it to those looking for a great place to stay with all the comforts of home! Our family has already started planning next years trip to this hidden gem!

Magical for Large Groups or Extended Families

This house was perfect for our group of extended family. There were 13 of us traveling together and this gave us a chance to spend quality time together when we were not at the Disney parks. The kids had a blast in the pool and in the game room, while the adults enjoyed the large kitchen and family room to eat, drink wine, and share stories of the day. Everyone had a bed so we all had quality sleep before hitting the parks the next day. Thank you for an experience that we will always treasure!
