Wonderful Place to come and Relax! Fresh Mountain Air always available.

Bring your fur babies and come get away from it all. We want to share Yosemite, Bass Lake and our wonderful Mountains with you and your family and friends.

Experience the great outdoors indoors in this rural bungalow, as seasoned leather and wood notes combine with mountain-themed decor. Outside, valley and High Sierra views stretch to the horizon. Sit quietly by the fire pit for a chance to spot deer.

You feel as if your all alone and have private surroundings, yet so close to everything you may need.

The house is open and inviting. Outside has an amazing fire pit with beautiful views with deer families traveling through the property often. It is a peaceful home and location yet so close to many incredible places to visit like Yosemite National Park.

You have access to the whole house - garage excluded.

Nestled among the trees, this home is close to the town of Oakhurst, where there are plenty of stores and places to eat. The home is a short drive from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. The home is very private. You cannot see neighboring homes.

Public transportation is available to Fresno and to Madera from Oakhurst but not really in town. There is a company that will take you to Yosemite for an additional charge.

New propane bottles are in the fire pit and bbq for your use. If they run out there will be a fee to fill them up again, $25 per bottle - please notify us if you do need a refill.

* Please pull sheets off all beds used and leave on the bed.
* All dishes must be put in dishwasher and dishwasher started please before leaving the house.
* All garbage must be put into large outside garbage cans before leaving.
* Please put all towels used in the laundry upon departure.

***If the home is left in disarray you will be charged an additional fee. Fee dependent upon how bad the disarray is!

** Pets accommodated for an additional fee. $50 per dog per stay.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the couch pull out sleeper - if you could leave that pulled out so we can clean properly - that would be helpful.
All lights and ac / heat turned off.
Any messes made or items broken please let us know, so we can address properly before the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfectly Private Property!!!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. It was spacious and very well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was fabulous with a view that was stunning. It was very secluded but also close to local small town for any needs.

Fun family vacation

Beautiful clean, and well maintained home. Completely private and secluded home. Loved the views of the trees and enjoyed seeing deer in the morning and evenings. Appreciated the ice maker for prepping water bottles for our hikes. Nice and new laundry and hot tub facilities. Large TV. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in. Would definitely return!

Great place for a family stay

House was great! Upon arrival we walked into the home that was so warm and comforting. All dressed up for Christmas. It’s was so nice! All the beds are comfortable, it is full of everything you need and super clean. The only complaint was there was not enough pods for the Keurig and the ice machine in the refrigerator wasn’t working. We would definitely stay here again

The mountain top house

Arrived after dark and found the house decorated withXmas lights. Entered to a Xmas tree and decorations with the heat on and it felt SO cozy. In the morning with sunlight we discovered we were on the top of a mountainand the house felt like a tree house. A special place indeed! Lots of places were near by including Yosemite.A great place to create family memories. Thanks

Quiet secluded gorgeous views home

I had one thing negative. Which is not that big of deal. Check your batterie's in your remotes. They were both dying for the tvs. Bummer late at night tv watching. Having to roll them to change the channel. Other than that. All we needed was there

Nice and Quiet Property Surrounding by Nature

Check in/out and Wifi is very simple. The house is clean with the Spa large enough for my group. Kitchen has everything we need. I prefer to have soy source there but no problem because we also have it. The bathtub at the hallway need to be redo the new silicon. I strongly recommend it. It needs to remove the mold and put the new silicon in. The shower room in the master room need to clean at the corner of the door too. Other than that, the property is good. We had the good time there. Thank you.
