Great townhome. Only issue for me was the back door had no cover but in all fairness the window is tinted. Just a personal thing for me that i must have cover and was able to do so. Ill recommend this place 100%.
Pleace was great but there was no lotion or body soap in the dispensers, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Miscommunication
The stay was perfect. I asked the host if he allowed extensions and he said yes but when we tried to extend he told us it was already booked.

Pretty sparse
The apartment smelled strongly of cannabis and was very sparsely accommodated. For instance, no toaster, no starter pack of items like dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. Many of the bottles such as lotion or body wash were present but empty. Overall, we didn’t spend significant time there beyond sleeping, so it didn’t matter, but something to consider for future renters.
When we arrived the smoke alarm was going off and battery low so wouldn't stop. Called manager and was told no one could come to fix it. Alarm was going off every thirty seconds or so. Was told I could climb on rickety barstool to try and unhook alarm. Had to have son-in-law come and take it down and went whole 2 week stay with no smoke alarm as manager never came to fix. Refrigerator was very dirty as was cabinet over stove. Kitchen lacking basic necessities for longer stay although advertised as such (no toaster, mixing bowls, frying pan, only 2 coffee cups and one was cracked on rim on both sides). Spider webs in lamp with more than a dozen small spiders inside of it. Went to use microwave and top panel fell onto me when the door opened.
Location of the property was perfect for visiting family we were there to see for the holiday.Cleanliness of the property was not up to par. Toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom when lifted was dirty and the master toilet bowl was not cleaned. Under the couch were crumbs and bottle tops and lots of dust..I had to grab one of Maxie's toys so I noticed that this had not been cleaned in some time. It would have been nice to have a toaster and a dish towel in the kitchen. I emptied any garbage we had and would have replaced the bag in the trash can but there was only a empty box under the sink. There was no laundry detergent to do any wash so I purchased some to do our laundry and washed all the towels before we left. I washed our bedding and on our way out. By the way the master bed top sheet has a blood stain on it.Overall the townhouse if very comfortable and as I said the location was perfect for everyone we were there to see and after traveling there for years to visit family I'm very familiar with the area. Thank you Azuree for hosting us and I do look forward to staying at your place in the future!
