Seabrook is an amazing place in itself but the location of this rental made our stay all the better. Right around the corner from the downtown area, we were able to go to the market for last minute supplies and be back in under 10 minutes, and when you step outside and turn left, you get the beautiful view of the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Townhome - Mediocre location

Very well-maintained townhome. We felt the pictures depicted a much larger main room; we found it to be rather small with minimal seating in the living room. The location was just okay. There is no "view" as stated in the ad unless you crank your head far to the left in one of the upper bedrooms.....it's very misleading. The unit could be cozied up. It wasn't much better than a hotel room.

These condos are always the perfect place to stay in Seabrook. It was great to have the chance to stay in the newest condo. The layout and amount of space is perfect for our family of five and our furry four-legged friend. The location is perfect, being right in downtown and also close to the beach. We also appreciated the little selection of board games at the property, playing a bunch of rounds of Sorry!, teaching the kids valuable life lessons in frustration and disappointment. The only negatives I can think of are a couple bits of new-construction electrical weirdness. Throughout the whole week... The overhead lights throughout the house would periodically flicker. There was also a periodic beep that seemed external to the property, but was audible inside the whole week as well... just had to crank up the TV at night a bit.Those things aside, the stay was great, and we always love that we can leave the family van parked the whole week while we play at Seabrook.
