This location is close to downtown and to major roads to different sites you may want to visit and hike. It works.

College Visit

My husband, daughter and I stayed here while we did a college visit at UAF. This place is a nice, clean place to stay. We slept well and had quiet down time each night after seeing the town all day. Check in/out were simple and communication was great. Will consider staying here again if my daughter chooses UAF.

Close to all restaurants and excursions. Clean place, comfy beds, free parking. Not much more you could ask for!

Perfect Place

This was the perfect spot for a stay in Fairbanks. Centrally located, updated interior, close to parks for dog walks, well equipped kitchen and bath. It was cozy and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect place to stay review

Property exceeded my expectations. Unit was modern/updated, beds were very comfortable and owner was local and very responsive to any questions. Place was within 10 minutes of all sights within Fairbanks. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

We were in town to visit our son in the military and this place was perfect. We stay at the house one day and played games. The house had everything we needed.

Nice quiet location - just like home

Very nice location and amenities. Had a minor issue that was resolved in a couple of hours (faucet malfunctioned)! Easy access and felt like I was in the neighborhood back home! I would stay here again!

Perfect!

It was a wonderful stay. Very convenient and comfortable. Even though it was extremely cold outside we made the best of it and had a great time! The apartment had all the amenities we needed.

Fantastic Time

We had such a wonderful time, the location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. We walked outside one night and looked up to see the Northern Lights so that was a real treat. If we come back we will definitely stay here.

Great little apartment for 3 adults near downtown Fairbanks. Nice size bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Had everything we needed! Sandra was reachable!

10 day stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, very central to a lot of things to do in Fairbanks. The space was very clean, comfortable, and spacious for us to spread out during our stay. Sandy is awesome - she makes sure everything is that way it should be, and very accessible if needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Fully Equiped

We stayed for 10 days and had everything-- including spices and kitchen equipment--necessary for a relaxing stay. This will be our new Fairbanks home away from home.

Hi there, my name is sandy. I have lived in fairbanks, actually north pole alaska for many years, 25. I love this state and there is a ton of things to do. You will love this home over a hotel all day!! Let me take care of your lodging needs, with an alaska feel. I was born and raised in washington state on a dairy farm and love the fact there are no dairy cows in fairbanks, i do miss the real milk though!!
