Enjoy a carefree stay on the top floor of the Q Building in downtown Fuquay. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and more! Unit is accessible by elevator or stairs.

The property is adorned with new linens and decor to make the home welcoming and comfortable. Upon arrival, you will find a clutter-free and very clean home. An open plan layout allows your group to enjoy being together, but with plenty of space for everyone.

* Bedroom one has a queen bed and room darkening curtains.
* Bedroom two has a full bed and a desk perfect for working or studying.
* Two full bathrooms with showers.
* Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, mugs, wine glasses, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, utensils and more.
* Living room has a sleeper sofa, plenty of games, books, etc for your entertainment.
* Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart Amazon fire TV's for all of your streaming needs (please note: we do not offer live cable TV, however you may access Spectrum through your own app if applicable).

There is a parking lot below the building as well as street parking and additional public parking lots. We provide 2 parking passes - 1 designated and 1 “guest” pass. The passes are good for M-F 6 pm-7 am and all day Saturday and Sunday. All other times, the lot is public parking (also can be used by guests).

Great Stay

My brother and I had a great stay in this apartment while visiting family. It was the perfect retreat each day. The unit was spotless, well-stocked, and in a great location. Erin was incredibly responsive and provided great information for check-in and check-out. We will stay again when we are back in the area.

Perfect spot

This place was great! We were in town for a wedding and stayed 2 nights here. It was very clean and comfortable, plus there are good restaurants around and things to do very close. The host is very responsive and accomodating. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I ever found myself back in the area.

Fabulous place

It has been a horrible week and included in the week but not horrible was my niece’s wedding. The facility felt like home from minute one. Beautiful. Great location. Fabulous ambiance and amenities. I’ll be staying there again every chance I have.

It was a great place! Just as described and very clean. They provided all the things you might need for a stay away from home. Some places arent so well stocked. I would stay again and highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The seating in the living room was a small couch and no chairs, which was as pictured.We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants.

Great place!

This property is new and very clean and the location is great! It is a secure building so no worries if you are traveling alone. There is a bit of traffic noise but not a big deal. Erin was very friendly and checked in with me to see if I needed anything. I stayed for a week and will definitely book again!

Beautiful and Spacious

We loved staying here and will definitely rebook. We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. The photos are accurate and it is as spacious as depicted. It is walkable to multiple restaurants and shops and a short drive to even more. The apartment has everything you need to prepare meals and easy clean up. You will not be disappointed when you book a trip to Fuquay-Varina!!

The Modern Condo in Downtown Fuquay was perfect for our family trip! The photos on VRBO were exactly as we found the unit, very clean and updated. The location was a charming small downtown area with great restaurants and coffee shops within two blocks of the unit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this unit/rental. The owner, Erin, was very professional and responded quickly to any questions.
