Modern, cozy 2 bedroom suite in SW Edmonton close to the airport.

This is a brand new basement suite in a clean and quiet neighborhood in southwest of Edmonton. It is 10 minutes drive from the international airport. It is a two bedroom legal suite which can accommodate 6-8 guests. It has a separate (private) entrance with a smart lock and it is equipped with separate thermostat, in-unit laundry with iron and ironing board, Tv channels, and Wi-fi. The bedrooms have double beds. The kitchen is well equipped with functional appliances such as a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pots, cutleries and blender. The living room has a futon and a love seat sofa bed.

Cozy, comfortable, and very clean place to stay! Close to the airport and access to major roadways very easy. Host was excellent at communicating and providing easy instructions to follow for accessing the suite.

Awesome Place

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host was delightful and gracious. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The suite was clean and met all of my needs. I would highly recommend this home.

Excellent Basement Suite

Lovely, extremely clean basement suite in south Edmonton. All the amenities were perfect and exactly as listed. Hosts were absolutely incredible and always responding to messages very quickly. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone!

Told not to park in parking spot even though there was no one utilizing the space. The door was troublesome and it was really in a dark area and wasn’t very light enough, as it was dangerous in the dark to not see where you are going. Miscommunication with the host and was accused of tearing a comforter, but we did a walk through and I cannot claim this damage. Went back and forth with host in msgs and I thought the way host handled the situation was unprofessional and very accusatory. Even though I would have noticed a rip on comforter of the extent immediately and would have let host know. Host came at me demanding I pay for the damages. The place had no window space in living room, which legally it would not be considered a basement suite by standards. I know that’s how it is In Saskatchewan. All in all I would like whomever to be aware of my experience and it was not the greatest stay. It got worse after the host was accusing me of damage. I also questioned if someone was coming into the suite as we noticed door was unlocked when coming back one evening.
