This was a quick no frills 2 day stay. It was perfect for the time period and destination. I would not mind staying there again. Savannah is always fun. The house was comfortable for a bunch of drunk friends enjoying 4th of July weekend.

This experience overall was not the best! Check in was not ready on time as I was informed the cleaning lady was not done cleaning the home. Once we arrived the house was not even cleaned the toilets were discussing, floors were dirty, & the beds were not made! I ended up having to clean the house and make the beds so we could sleep after we had just got done driving 4 hours and arrived at 8:30 at night. Also the porch was rotting and falling apart. After talking with the host she agreed to give us a nights refund back and the cleaning fee as I ended up cleaning the house anyways but I never did get the full refund that we agreed upon in the first place which is very unprofessional! I was very disappointed in the whole experience!

The house was very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood, which was a bonus! I did not like that the day of my check-in the host sent me a message that house cleaning would delay the process. When I responded, it took over over an hour to get a response back and I was just trying to let them know that I was from out of state and on an itinerary. Disclaimer: I still had to pay the entire house cleaning fee! I really didn’t like that the night that I checked in, none of the Wi-Fi information was correct. The only way to watch tv or use our devices was to use my hotspot! The “rules” stated not to contact the owner after 10 unless it’s an emergency, so I sent her a message and she NEVER responded! Wi-Fi is a necessity these days and to charge me to have Wi-Fi as a luxury, is very unfair. Make sure that that commodity is included and accessible. Also, there was what I thought was cat food, in a bowl, stuck under the back of the refrigerator.

We were overall happy with our stay here. It’s a 10 minute drive from downtown and also from the airport which makes getting around very easy. There were a few bugs in the property upon checkin and some of the listed supplies (shampoo, coffee bar, and even toilet paper) were sparse or totally missing. Overall would recommend but also would recommend to the owners to check that a more thorough review of the cleaning has been completed.

The property was not ready at check-in because the host informed us that the cleaners were deep cleaning. However, once we were allowed to enter, it was clear the place had not been deep cleaned or cleaned properly at all. The floors and carpets had not been vacuumed or mopped, and there were dirty linens in the closets and on the bathroom floor. Additionally, food was left in the freezer, and there was hair, dirt, and sand in the bathtubs and showers, as well as on the carpets. The kitchen floor had food caked on it.Furthermore, the property was not as described; there was no fire pit in the backyard or patio furniture. The front porch was rotting, and larvae from insects were on the banisters near the front door. I will say that once we contacted the host, she apologized and allowed us to cancel our reservation so we could find another place. However, this was a hassle because it was late by the time we could enter the property after arriving from out of town, and everyone in our party, including children, was miserable. Needless to say, our first visit to Savannah did not start off on the right note, very bad experience.

Upon checking into the home I noticed that it was not cleaned properly and beds were not made. I had to clean the bathrooms, sweep and make the beds when I arrived at the home. I was supposed to receive a partial refund for having to do all those things but have yet to receive it and when I contacted the host regarding the status I did not get a response back. Also the pictures listed are not what the house looks like anymore as well. Overall It was not the best experience and I am very disappointed!
