Charming Home Central To Savannah And Tybee Island

Morgan Estates welcomes you to our cozy home which is nestled between historic downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. This house is located in Whitemarsh Island and approximately 15 minutes in either direction. Includes many amenities as you would have in your own home and just minutes from Publix supermarket, Walmart, and restaurants such as Papa's Barbecue, Jalapenos Mexican Grill, and Asian Fusion. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches.

The following amenities are included:
- Driveway parking for up to 4 cars.
- Washer and dryer including detergent.
- Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys for the kids.
- Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc.
- Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, facial soap, and makeup remover wipes.
- Bathroom, hand, facial and beach towels provided.
- Spacious fenced backyard.
- Board games.
- Free wifi.
- SlingTV including Amazon Prime, HBO, Showtime and Starz.

Perfect house for your visit to Savannah. Great location, central to the beach and downtown Savannah. Clean, great outdoor space and they even supplied drip coffee! Would stay at this property again without hesitation.

House was nice, disappointed in outside space very dirty, nothing like the pictures& we wanted to be outside after day in Savanah, to enjoy some wine. Couldn’t!!

We were able to relax, eat breakfast in, run all day and return to play cards in the evening. It was close enough to Savannah and Tybee Island that we were able to enjoy both. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided which we used at Tybee Beach. It was nice to use the laundry and take home mostly clean clothes.

Check-in was easy and it was clean. The house itself *technically* can sleep 8, only if you’re okay giving up the small living space for two people to be on the pull out couch. It was great for a trip where you’re out exploring Savannah, but not for something where you would be spending the majority of your time at your rental.

Best place to divide time between Tybee and Savannah

The house was in a great location, clean, above expectation. We enjoyed the place and there was beach chairs available to use.

Overall it was clean,but a address number fell off mailbox,for a vrbo you would think its important to fix that. Outdoor furniture was filthy,would never sit on it, photos show great seating area,so vert decieving. The toilets have wrong size seat,that was bad,bathrooms needed some TLC.

A lovely home

Very nice area to stay. Backyard was terrific to relax. Sadly it was quite hot out so didn’t last long. Having a gas grill available to do a cookout was so nice. Very comfortable seating in living room although could use a lamp or two rather than having just the overhead light/fan. Bathrooms were very small but ample amount of towels. Condiments and spices were available which is very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Savannah Vacation

My sisters and I came to go to the Scottish games and celebrate one of my sisters bday. There is 5 of us and our stay was very comfortable!. The house was perfect! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook! We sat out in the backyard around the fire pit and it was great!! Thank you Jimmy

Home was cozy and nice

Backyard looked amazing but we didnt get to use it at all, not enough time! Property Management was excellent with quick responses with all questions.

Easy, clean, quiet

Great location halfway between Savannah and Tybee. Clean well appointed home with everything needed. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery right around the corner. Perfect for our family of 6 to travel the area!

Exactly what we needed

We stayed there for a wedding at the JW Marriott. The house was in a nice location, lots of restaurant options close by and River Street was 15 minutes away. The bathrooms are pretty small but served us just fine. The house was cozy and backyard looked relaxing, but sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy the yard.

Great Stay

This was a perfect spot to stay! We came to town to see the Savannah Bananas. This was a quick and easy drive to the stadium. Neighborhood was quiet. The kids really enjoyed the backyard. We all agreed, we would gladly stay here again!
