The house was very clean, beautiful decorated and the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Even provided us some travel advice when I asked for recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy stay

We loved finding this place in Ashland. It was very clean and comfortable. It was so cutely decorated and close to the places we needed to be for a family wedding. We also loved that it was pet friendly! We hope to stay there again next time we are in town.

If you are looking for a rental that compares to the Hilton or Hampton, this may not be for you. If you are looking for a house as I've described below, then this is your place. 1) Great host and hostess. They will not contact you unless you message them first asking a question then you will receive a fast response. 2) You will find the house to be very clean and well organized with comfortable beds and sofa. 3) Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. 4) Sits in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. 5) You will find most everything you need for your stay. It was like a trip back in time because it was so much like the house I grew up in.I plan on coming back in the spring to visit my grandsons and their families and I will be staying at the Country Club Cabana again. I highly recommend this house to anyone and would gladly give Mark and Jennifer a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5 if I could.

Great Kentucky spot

Very cozy and comfortable location that is near lots of activity centers and good food. The host Jennifer was great with communication and made sure everything went smoothly.

Nice place in Ashland close to everything

This is my 2nd time staying at the place. It is spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood in the middle of town.

Nice Stay

Quaint stay in a quiet cul-de-sac. Location was great - close to Port Ashland for a nice walk, close to coffee shops and shopping. House was as listed, clean with easy check in. Beds were comfortable and ample seating in the living room. Would stay here again!

Place was very clean and comfortable. We slept great in the king bed. The kitchen had all that we need except extra garbage bags.

2024 Anniversary trip

Loved the house and the neighbors they made you feel if you have lived there forever. Loved the shopping and dog park which is huge! If we return to this area will be sure to stay at your property again. Luna (miniature schnauzer) made lots of friends!

Grateful to find this location

Emergency trip due to death in the family. I wanted to have family together. There wasn't room at my parents house for everyone. This was perfect, location 15 min from South Point. Plenty of room for 5 adults+. Close to everything . We'll keep this in mind for future visits.

Amazing feeling of being at home!

This Cabana was perfect. Larger than expected and location was ideal. Far away enough from city yet 4 min drive from being in the thick of things. When we walked in we immediately felt at home. There was just this sense of ease not a feeling of being out of place or in someone else's home. The property inside and out were perfectly maintained. We will be looking to use this location if available next time we visit and we encourage others to use this property. The family who maintaines the Cabana was just amazing!

Walking Down Memory Lane

The acceptability to get evewhere was perfect. During a whole stay the location was centered to everyone that was either family or friends. Also to get to restaurants or just having to unwind after the day was just what we needed. I am thankful to have been able to take my therapy dogs since i have PTSD from the militarily it was nice to have a place that accepts me and my therapy dogs. You all made my trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Simply Amazing

The owners were absolutely amazing. The house was beyond beautiful and the antiques brought back some wonderful memories. I was very pleased with everything. The owners made themselves available to me if I needed anything. I came up there to visit my son and grand daughters. My granddaughters ages 5 months and 1 1/2 years old both ended up staying with me and my friend during our stay. Which of course was totally unexpected but it worked out perfectly. There was a playpen available which helped a lot. The place was beyond perfect. The neighbors were all friendly. It’s in a great neighborhood. Nice and quiet. I definitely will be looking into staying here again if it’s available during my next visit to Ashland.

We originally reserved this property almost a month in advance for a personal family reunion. Shortly before arrival, we were informed that another guest wanted to extend their stay, and the owners moved us to another property they managed, called “Eagle Nest.”Unfortunately, the alternative accommodation was nothing like what we originally booked. We encountered numerous stains throughout the residence, a stained living room couch, unpleasant burning smells, what appeared to be cat urine on the front porch, an unsettling basement, and disturbances from neighboring residents arguing.Quite frankly, this was one of the grossest properties we have ever stayed in. We felt uncomfortable throughout our stay and were extremely disappointed with the condition of the residence.We attempted to find somewhere else to stay, but everything nearby was booked. Since we were in town for a personal family reunion, leaving wasn’t a realistic option. Had that not been the case, we would have left that night.We appreciate that the owners attempted to accommodate us, but moving guests to a completely different property under these circumstances is unacceptable. We never got to experience the property we originally reserved, and this entire situation left us extremely disappointed.
