G'day from our little beach house in Pacific Beach!
Daniel and I (that's Anne) feel so lucky to call this corner of Pacific Beach home, with our two early teen kiddos. We met in Sydney when I was working in Australia. The laid back Aussie lifestyle suited me perfectly after living in the Caribbean in my early 20’s, so I just never left! We built our life in Daniel's homeland - the kids were even born there - before we decided Seattle was calling our names.
We landed in Pacific Beach last summer, it reminds me of my early years growing up on the Olympic Peninsula, and we fell head over heels for the vintage 1970s charm of this beach house. It's our labor of love; we've kept many original details while giving it our modern spin. Nothing makes us happier than knowing our guests are experiencing the sea salt air on the patio with a glass of wine or cheery cocktail after a day at the beach. Paddleboarding, beachcombing, skimboarding, a local eclectic radio station, - this community has it all. And of course, when looking for the fancier side, Seabrook is a short 3 minute drive away. Best of all worlds!
Of course, we always make sure to give our guests the inside scoop on the neighborhood. Between Daniel's Aussie roots and my Seattle upbringing crossed with some island living, we think we make a pretty good welcoming crew. We can't wait for you to see why we call this place home.

Why they chose this property
Pacific Beach is amazingly beautiful, those sunsets are breathtaking. We love peaceful environments mixed with a bit of fun and were sold that this tiny town had a local museum, café, pub, antique store and radio station.
Our dog, Lulu, can run the beach, enjoying her freedom, best dog life! The teen kiddos can explore or make art in the sand, they love it! Sometimes they head up to Seabrook to visit the local Candy Store or pop into the Arcade.

What makes this property unique
So much space! Moby's has this 70s vibe that's super fun & a little quirky! A vintage built in Nutone Radio (turntable is in process of repair but will be ready to rock, hopefully, in a couple months!)
Only a level 4 block walk and you're on Pacific Beach! (About 7 minutes) We're reasonably priced in comparison to Seabrook but only a 3 minute drive from restaurants and outdoor markets, and concerts in summer.
Our oversized couch is so comfy, a perfect place to read all day or catch your favorite movie.
