Scenic waterfront & lake view home w/ LARGE hot tub!

This home has lakefront views from the kitchen, living room, back deck & hot tub (water views vary by season & lake levels drop mid oct-may). Take a day trip to Mammoth Cave or enjoy the nearby Leitchfield Aquatic Center water park.

Fully stocked kitchen opens to a great room & dining area. Large covered screened deck & a 2nd covered deck w/ hot tub, bar seating, & outdoor shower. Family friendly with baby & toddler amenities. High speed internet for streaming movies or remote working.

Per Army Corp of Engineers, you may NOT get on the docks at the end of path, since they are private property. If you feel comfortable walking down to the water at the end of the path/near the docks, that’s ok.

We provide Corn Hole, Axe throw, big Connect 4, Ping Pong Table, Board Games, Puzzles). Please note, there is a security camera pointed at the parking area.

Guests may not get on docks. They are private property and this rule is set by the corps of Army Engineers. We'll have to ask you to leave if broken.

Absolutely no smoking inside the building. This violation will incur a $200.00 per day fee.
