The building was built as a hotel in 1910, but hasn't been occupied since the 70's. A 4.5 year renovation undertaken by a family of designers. The condo was exactly as described in the heart of Ogden historic district. It is spacious and comfortable. We h ad no issues with parking even though we stayed over a weekend. There were some street noise but it was never an issue as the bedrooms are in back.

We were incredibly disappointed with this property. Upon check-in, the rental had a very strong, stale odor. The concrete floors and bathrooms were visibly dirty, and it was clear that the towels in both bathrooms had not been washed before our arrival. When I contacted the host, he dismissed the smell as an outside issue due to the historic windows and claimed the towels were just stained. However, I washed the towels myself, and they came out perfectly clean, which proves they simply were not laundered. Because our grandkids were staying with us, I asked the host to send housekeeping back. While they did return, the floors and bathrooms were still left quite dirty. The location is convenient to local bars and restaurants, but the trade-off is severe. It is extremely loud at night, feels very sketchy, and someone even threw up all over our car during our stay. If you care about cleanliness, safety, or getting a good night's sleep, look elsewhere.

Great property convenient location

The property was clean, easy to access, and as described. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and bars in Ogden as well as a short drive to outdoor recreation. It's location allows for a nice day on the slopes or trials then a fun evening in downtown Ogden. As previous reviews mentioned it does get a loud on the weekends but its a fair trade off for the ability to enjoy the local nightlife within walking distance.

Rental review for June 2025 visit

Rental unit is located in a great area to enjoy walking around Ogden. The property manager was very helpful. We rated the overall stay at 3 due to a few things: the unit had a bad smell, the towels were very cheap and thin, the reserved hotel parking gets taken over by non-guests on Fridays and Saturdays leaving us to find our own parking several blocks away.

Great location! Lots of space

This was a great loft apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. It was clean and the extra soaps, toilet paper, etc was a plus! The only complaint I have is that the listing did not say there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. My mother is currently going through chemo treatments, and 3 flights of stairs was too much for her. I would most definitely stay here again, but my mom would not lol
