Leech Lake Cabin

Property and cabin was as described and the kitchen was stocked with everything that you may want up at the cabin. Only issues were that the two portable ac units and the bedding cleanliness. We used fans to try and move the cool air around the cabin, but was not reaching the middle two bedrooms very well so the hot days were warm nights for sleeping. The bed sheets had some stains on them and three of the comforters had multiple stains on them so we avoided those. There was laundry machines on site, which was nice but the stains were off putting. Well water was clean and the water pressure in the showers was appreciated after a long day on the water.

Thank you so much for your review! We're glad to hear you found the property and cabin as described and that you appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, clean water and water pressure. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the portable AC units and the bedding cleanliness. We understand how important a comfortable night's sleep is, and we're disappointed that we fell short in these areas. We apologize that the AC wasn't sufficient for the middle bedrooms during the hot days. We also recognize that during the hottest days of summer, portable AC units can struggle to keep up, especially in a cabin like ours. We will be evaluating the AC setup to see how we can improve the cooling efficiency for all rooms We are also addressing the bedding cleanliness issue immediately. We will be thoroughly inspecting all linens and comforters and replacing any that are stained or damaged. We are also reviewing our cleaning procedures with our cleaning team to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future so we can demonstrate our commitment to your comfort and satisfaction.
