La cabane est située sur la baie de Kabekona, à seulement 5 minutes du centre-ville de Walker, située sur une péninsule portuaire avec 400 pieds de rivage privé. Immense cour, baignade propre sur le quai et une maison confortable et confortable.

La baie de Kabekona est reliée au lac Leech / Walker Bay.

Saw someone else mention in a review they weren't happy because there are guns that were locked up on the property cause they’ve had traumatic experiences with them in the past. I too have had a traumatic experience with a gun, I missed a very nice buck once and it was definitely the guns fault. Stay was excellent. If I had to complain it was very hot during our stay and there is no central air, but two window ac units kept it comfortable.

We stayed here in 2024 and this year as this is right on the Paul Bunyan bike trail and close to the Heartland trail. The property and very relaxing and enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching sunsets!

The views from this property are beautiful. It is clean and well furnished with a large lot,paved driveway and well maintained yard. We also enjoyed the early mornings in the porch area relaxing with a cup of coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

There is no better location if you want to stay on a lake. Easy access to town, fishing, boating, and sightseeing.

The location is excellent. I wouldn’t call this a cabin experience. The bathrooms were marble tile. With that said. Coming in to garbage overflowing ,blowing in the yard and breeding flies so bad you could barely sit outside or eat peacefully inside. There were six overflowing. Once the garbage was picked up the flies dissipated. At least they weren’t in the house any longer. We were killing at least 20 a day in there. There were three empty propane tanks and no propane for the grill. Therefore no grilling. The coffee pot was broken but usable. The sink drain is broken but usable. Finally and most importantly, the master bed is so uncomfortable that between that and the air conditioner spitting out ice water we had to move to the guest room. I have never paid this much with this much inconvenience. Not even a floaty to use in the lake. The experience was beautiful but inconvenient.The pots and pans were nice. I had to use a wash cloth to clean them as there were no kitchen cleaning cloths. The boat dock has no cleats to tie the boat up to. Thank goodness there was enough extension cord to get the battery to the boat charged. This is my third stay at a rental on Leech lake. It was the best view.

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. As you can see from all other reviews - everyone loves our little slice of heaven on kabekona bay. Next time you’re in town - look for the four seasons. - it says in your reservation bring your own propane. - there are tons of dish cloths and kitchen towels: second drawer down in right side of the sink. As well as on shelf above washer and dryer. - in the event the coffee pot didn’t work: there are two new additional coffee pots in the laundry room on the shelf. - we love the bed. Sorry it isn’t your sleep number - garbage comes once a week and the last tenant must have filled the bins. - horse flys are common in northern Mn especially in early August when you were there. If u had flies in the cabin: next time close the doors. - your welcome onto the usage of extension cord. - the kitchen sink drain isn’t broken. It’s a cabin on a septic system: no garbage disposal as they are bad for septic systems. Our guests after your stay have had no complaints.

Great location for biking!

We love to bicycle and this location is right on the bike trail with access to over 150 miles of trails. Great place and beautiful view of the lake and sunsets. Definitely would do again.

Gorgeous Sunsets!

We stayed at this beautiful property as we are bikers and wanted something close to the trails. This location is right on the Paul Bunyan trail. After biking, we were able to enjoy the dock and swimming was great! The sunsets were gorgeous! The cabin had everything we needed as well for the week.

Beautiful Spot and Great Location

This cabin is as beautiful as the pictures in the posting and the sunsets even more gorgeous and breath-taking than photos can show. Right on the lake, it is quiet and lovely. The home is right on one of the major bike trails, giving access to miles of trails either way from Walker. The place is a short drive into Walker where there are restaurants, stores and groceries. It is about 1/2 hour from Itaska State park as well. Truly a great experience.

Very nice week

The property, the lakefront location, the fire pit, the proximity to everything are worth the price. We had perfect fall weather, and the colors were near prime. We really appreciated the location for our needs. The bathrooms are updated and nice, the cabin is cozy but dated in some areas. Great spot for privacy and lake front access for a boat and access to Leech Lake fishing. Dock set up is very nice but also needs some updating for next season.

A piece of heaven

The week we were there we experienced all of Minnesota weather conditions. We enjoyed the bike path the fishing the 4 wheeler trails. I agree with the previous review. Home is very nice but could use some updating especially the dock getting a bit rickety. Over all we love this place and always enjoy our time there

Everything is very handy. One suggestion wools be to upgrade gas grill It works but has its quirks. Even with the unstable weather we had this week we were able to fish hike bike and 4 wheeler ride all the things we love about this area. Thanks

Quick, easy access to world-renowned Walleye fishing or a lovely day of swimming in the bay. It's perfect for our family and doing all the activities we love...fishing, swimming, evening boat rides, lakeshore lunches. Kabekona Bay is known for its breathtaking sunsets! It also offers a quieter bay that is directly connected to Walker Bay!
