Top notch customer service

Management was so attentive and responsive from start to finish. The house was nice and spacious to fit all 8 of us and enjoyed how sound proof the house was.

Lots of room + pet friendly

Quick visit for Schlitterbahn. Perfect space for everyone to have their own bed. Location is convenient however as a result is located in the middle of town and is very noisy. Cars driving by playing loud music + the buses for the waterpark.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space for our 2 families of 4 to relax and hangout. Close to the river where we floated and convenient to many other things. Quiet complex and very clean and organized. Appreciated the hosts and left feeling relaxed and connected with our friends since we didn’t have to worry about accommodations!!

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can walk to the Comal river and Schlitterbahn from the condo. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. My only complaints are that we couldn't connect to wifi and the fold out couch was extremely uncomfortable. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable though.

Family reunion

Nice location, very clean. I will call and advise the associate the following: the master bedroom bathroom toilet has a leaking Flapper in the tank which causes the tank to refill 24/7. This causes a great deal of water loss not to mention the bowel develops water stains. These stains can be removed.

Nice place horrible experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our neighbors for the weekend played the music all night Friday night we got little to no sleep. The following day there was too many cars in the lot and although we used only two car tags our car was still towed, an extra 210 dollars that we should not have wasted!

Thank you for the review as they help us enhance our service to our guests. I appreciate your input on our phone call after reading your review. We apologize for the neighbors that had the party. Please note that we provide both 24 hour on-call staff and maintenance so that we may be notified during a guest's stay about ANY problems, including rowdy neighbors. Based on information from yours and other guests that stayed onsite that weekend, we now have hired a towing company and have signs posted so that only the cars provided with parking passes will be allowed in the parking lot. We also are placing wristbands for guests to wear proving that they have paid to be onsite. Any guests found onsite without one, will be asked to leave. Again, Thank you for your input! We hope that no future guests will have any further problems with parking. Call us for those rowdy neighbors and we will hold them to their contracted behavior.
