A stay for a day at the Bahn

Great property, enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for the 5 of us. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the bath towels to a slightly bigger size and softness.

Great location!

This rental was great. It had everything we needed for our weekend get away. The location was amazing. It is within walking distance from the river exit as well as a store and some dining locations as well. It was also pet friendly which was a plus for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

We stayed for Wurstfest and it was a pleasent 15 min walk in the park. Nice little condos with a food mart next door. We would definetely stay here again even if it was during the summer and we were enjoying Comal River activities.

The unit was clean and well stocked with items listed on rental agreement. Clear instructions for checkin and out! Walking distance to Landa park!! Ten minute drive to Gruene! Would stay there again.

Location was very convenient. Spacious for eight adults. Sofa bed was damaged and unusable. After looking at other reviews seems as though bed has been broken for at least four months. There is a business located behind this complex where work vehicles leave at all hours of the day and the vehicles beep very loudly. We were woken up throughout the night because of this. The freezer in the kitchen is very loud which makes sleeping on the broken sofa, bed even more unpleasant.

Come on BACK! Twin River Villas is a great location for walking to the entrance at Prince Solms Park and exit at the Last Public Exit to the Comal River!

It made our weekend so easy that the unit came with tubes and you could walk to and from the entrance and exit points on the Comal. There were also restaurants and a convenience store within a two minute walk. Parking was easy too. The condo itself was super clean and had plenty of space. The hosts were super helpful when we had some basic questions. We would definitely stay again!

Weekend Trip

The duplex was the perfect size for our group. We originally planned for 3 adults and then two more adults joined us at the last minute. We stayed in the 3/2. Location was perfect because it was close to everything. It was clean, organized, and everything was provided. We brought extra toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen utensils, towels, etc., and none of those items were needed. The unit stayed cool throughout the day and night with the a/c set to 74 while it was 106 degrees outside. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with proximity to everything.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, and was equipped with everything we needed. However, several very loud parties were next to us in which kept a lot of us up at night time. Also, both evenings, we were unable to find parking due to not very many parking spots available. We tried to Call the numbers listed to find out where the other parking lot was as well as the office, but all numbers except for one didn’t work, and we didn’t feel it was super serious to be calling 911 (the other number provided). The condo was in a good, decent area and close to local restaurants as well as the river so that helped.

We apologize for any miscommunication in regards to the phone. We would appreciate your input into which phone numbers you attempted to call as we have 24 hour on call staff and maintenance. Had we received a phone call about any disturbances we would have called that guest and would have even evicted such guest had they not quieted down. In New Braunfels, there is a city ordinance about quiet time after 10pm. the only cars allowed in the parking lot needed to display parking passes provided by us. We have spoken to the homeowner and have taken steps to hire a towing company to insure that any future guests have their alloted spaces.
