Overall no major complaints. Place does appear recently renovated. TV never worked so that was disappointing. Notified the people but never got fixed during our stay. Also the shower curtain was at least 6 inches off the bottom exposing water to go out every time you showered. Had to put down trash bags to catch the water. That did not make for a fun experience. The building/place had an odd smell but it is a very old building/house. Not sure the overall price was worth it.
