This place was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Great games room/TV open room upstairs with plenty of games to enjoy. The only thing we could have done with was some beach towels. We came from UK and didnt bring any 😂 .

Great place and location!

We loved all of the little amenities and the location. Big TVs everywhere and the games were really fun. The only complaint we had was that upstairs didn’t cool down very well. Thank you for making our vacation great!

Bear Lake Condo

The condo in Garden City was clean and comfortable wirh lots of great amenities and thoughtful touches. The location is within 20 minutes of Rendezvous Beach and North Beach, and 5 minutes of the marina. We had a great time.

No Bunk Beds - Great Stay.

My Wife and I along with our adult children stayed...3 couples. The 3 bedrooms without bunk beds and 3 bathrooms were perfect. Clean and comfortable bedding. The upstairs family room was great. We enjoyed our stay. Some things to work on.... Air conditioning for the upstairs rooms. It was cold downstairs and hot upstairs. Need to put a fan in the queens bedroom. Fan in the king room needs work...too noisy. You might need some window AC units. Saw that in another unit my Sister's family rented. The kitchen table should be bigger with more comfortable chairs. Thanks!
