Come stay in our urban hideaway less than two blocks away from the beating heart of Bishop Arts! This beautiful apartment is one of three in a fully renovated 1912 triplex. This space is unique with original custom murals.

Updated historic triplex in quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to beautiful parks, shops, restaurants and entertainment in Bishop Arts District! The convenient location is on the Dallas Streetcar line with the station just a 5 minute walk. The line ends at the Dallas Convention Center, which is also close to Deep Ellum DART station. Dallas Methodist Hospital is just half a mile away, or a 15 minute easy walk on a flat sidewalk. This is the best location in Dallas!! Close to everything, but tucked away so you can relax when you're ready to wind down from a busy day.

You will enter the secure gated property and through the front door marked with a gold circle M. At the top of the stairs, you'll find the door marked "Valdivian" on the left. You have arrived!

The Valdivian is an art lover's dream! It is stylish and beautiful with custom art throughout. It has a cozy light filled bedroom featuring one king sized bed. All of the bedroom windows are fitted with blackout curtains in addition to sheer ones to help you get a good night's sleep.

It sleeps 2 comfortably and has lots of amenities that you won't find anywhere else! In addition to fast WiFi, lots of fluffy towels, a fully stocked coffee station, and plenty of extras like toiletries and white noise makers, you will find the essence of Bishop Arts! You can also sleep a little better knowing your car is safely tucked away off of the street in our gated parking lot.

The area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two blocks away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated parking lot behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Streetcar.

You will have access to the grounds around the triplex including the gated parking lot. The front porch, however, is reserved for guests of The Santiago.

Please note there is only room for you to park ONE CAR in the gated parking lot.
