I have stayed in your property two years ago and this experience was totally different. The parking was terrible. Several bedrooms bed linen was dirty the first day. Ants infested both houses. We called about it and they came and sprayed the outside. The microwave didn’t work properly. A bedroom in each house was not ventilated well and box fans had to be used. The shower was slippery without a mat and caused one guest to fall. I wasn’t aware there was a fee to have a HOT jacuzzi. All the walk in showers had mildew and mold on them. The baseboards were filthy. The house was adequate for the number of people on a positive note. Because of parking we parked in front of the house to empty the car and it was towed. The overlay parking was full each night and we had to park at the local Target. The tow truck is lurking at all times. We should have been able to empty the car with no problem, but no we had a 125 dollar towing fee.We went to Walmart on the 27th early only to return and not be able to get in the gate. Please considering giving your guest tickets or cards to enter and leave and not depend on a gate attendant. I e-mail you all with no answer. We ended up going in the other side behind a homeowner.
