The flat comprises of a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a spacious lounge area. Just 7 mins away from Brentford train station with easy access to central London. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

The spacious and tastefully decorated lounge invites you to unwind and relax. Sink into one of the two comfortable sofas and enjoy your favorite shows on TV.
Adjacent to the lounge, you'll find a beautiful dining space that can accommodate up to six people, perfect for enjoying meals or gathering with friends and family.
The open-plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, pots, and pans, allowing you to unleash your culinary creativity. Prepare delicious meals with ease and convenience.
The apartment features two inviting bedrooms. One bedroom offers a cozy double bed, while the other provides a comfortable single bed. Both sleeping spaces are adorned with fresh, hotel-quality linen, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
During the winter months, the apartment remains warm and cozy, thanks to efficient radiators. Rest assured, you'll be comfortable and snug during your stay.
The bathroom is well-equipped with fluffy towels and toiletries, providing you with the essentials for a refreshing and comfortable experience.
To ensure your utmost satisfaction, the apartment undergoes professional cleaning and is prepared to meet the highest hotel standards prior to your arrival. You can expect a pristine and welcoming environment.

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Check-in time is at 3 pm, but due to the large size of the property and time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check-in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Please pay attention that the internet speed is not for streaming or video calls. It is only for basic needs - messaging, search, etc.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
