Our property offers you a spacious yard for your pets to run around in, and all the amenities of home such as wireless internet, a full kitchen, a coffee bar, and the best part: complementary wine! When you stay here, you will enjoy proximity to all of Manhattan's treasures: nature, shopping, convenient restaurants, and local attractions (*cough cough* the football stadium) that Manhattan has to offer. You must try the iconic Vista Hamburgers, which is only a 10-minute walk from the property! You are within a mile of many food options, such as Olive Garden or Longhorn Steakhouse, or if you are looking for a quick bite to eat, you have options such as Taco Bell, Wendy's, Freddy's, Culver's, and Dairy Queen at your convenience. You are also within a mile from Walmart and HyVee for your grocery shopping convenience. You will find yourself with just a quick 3-5 minute drive from Aggieville and Manhattan's main shopping area Poyntz Ave. and a quick 7 minute drive to the football stadium. You are also only 5 minutes away from iconic nature spots such as Rocky Ford State Fishing Area, Willow Lake, Tuttle Creek State Park, Canyon Trail, Linear Trail, and a multitude of other hiking trails. French Chalet

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place that accepted pets. The Chalet was quaint and comfortable. It fit our needs for the one-night stay.

Amazing!!

The place was absolutely adorable and Michelle was amazing. She was more than kind and helpful, and I’d definitely come back! The backyard was nice as well as the outdoor space between buildings which was perfect for lounging at night. The string lights are also a great touch!

Family Gathering

Inside of property was very cute and cozy. Over all a great space. Note couches are part of sleeping head count. Felt secure and great off road parking for several cars. If you plan to use the outdoor space it could use some clean up (not quite like pics). In general a great space for the money.

Very cozy retreat. Easy to find, great coffee and wine bar. Very cute decorations. Communication about the property and reservation was quick.

Places, cute, clean, and she was easy to work with! Having grown up in Manhattan, I know that those houses in the neighborhood are often fairly rundown, but this one was really really put together and well kept up.

Great property, super clean and affordable

I stayed here during a conference held in mhk. Host was exceptional, and this house is perfect for a small family stay. Very clean and well stocked.

Didn't realize dogs were allowed. We aren't use to having inside pets so therefore we aren't use to having dog hair inside. We did not have pets with us but there was dog hair in the house.

Fenced in yard

Overall the place was good. We did travel with our pets to this specific property due to it having a fenced yard. When we arrived, the yard only has fencing on 3 sides. Disappointing for sure. We did not even end up sleeping there the second night due to that fact. I would stay here again, but would be unable to bring my dog.

Great home

We had a great stay at this home. Very clean and comfortable. Owner made sure we had everything we needed. Daily essentials were well stocked. Very accessible to shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend the stay.
