Beautiful, modern apartment/condo but noisy area

Apartment is very nice. High tech, modern and if it had been in a quieter area I’d have nothing but positive things to say about it. The owner had told me that it faced quieter streets than the busy area it was in. Constant loud noise in the living room. Quieter in the bedrooms. It does get much quieter after 11-12 at night. If noise doesn’t bother you which is common in this city or your not going to be there a lot except to sleep then I highly recommend. Another plus was the small roof top pool and jacuzzi which had great views. Check in with the housekeeper was a bit difficult who didn’t speak much English.
