Rosemary Grove is conveniently nestled in the heart of Garden City, and can sleep up to 40 people! This exquisite and thoughtfully equipped property is sure to amaze adults and children!

Indulge in the charm of this exquisite barn-style abode, complete with an attached silo. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows create magnificent natural lighting while showcasing the beautiful property. This fully stocked kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances featuring two refrigerators/freezers, a double oven, plenty of cabinetry, an oversized kitchen island, and a sizable dining table awaiting to seat all of your guests. Ready to get your game on? The upstairs loft area is reserved for friendly competitions, with a foosball table and seating.

The property is situated next to another home called The Farmhouse; both spaces are completely separate with private entrances, kitchens, and living areas. The only shared space is the outdoor yard, where you’ll find a communal fire pit that both properties are welcome to enjoy.

Wonderful home! We loved it and the kids had so many things to do when we were at the house! We had a couple of issues, but the host responded right away and had excellent customer service. I highly recommend this rental!

It was ok

Place is nice, clean and comfy. But when we got there and unloaded our kitchen stuff noticed that dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Heater thermometer located on 1st floor, so no matter how you set the temperature its either cold downstairs or hot upstairs. Silo has 3 floors and every floor has its heater but silo is so weakly insulated that heaters work non stop and cant warm it up. Another issue is that property has 2 houses on it and shared parking lot at the back of property. When we were unpacking and changing a truck drove on the side of the house by our windows, blinds were open because we didnt know that it has shared parking on the back so if they look at the window of that room they would clearly see me and that was uncomfortable. Outside grill was never cleaned, i fired it up to do some meat and whole grill caught on fire and most of meat got burned. Next day i decided to clean it and took off about 2 inches of waste from under the grates.
