Superbe nouvelle villa de luxe avec piscine privée. Confort et détente ultimes.

Dès que vous entrez dans cette villa privée princière, il est évident que son emplacement le plus remarquable est son cadre unique qui offre une vue absolument magnifique sur les rizières en terrasses sculptées tout autour, jusqu'à l'océan et à l'île de Nusa Penida. La maison combine une architecture contemporaine avec des éléments de design balinais traditionnels et offre un réel confort dans un cadre minimaliste. La plus grande partie possible de la surface habitable a été construite pour profiter de la vue. L'étage supérieur est «ouvert», clair et aéré avec un toit en bois et des planchers en bois franc. La maison a été meublée avec goût et comprend de grands canapés en teck, des chaises paresseuses et des tables basses qui contribuent au confort. Face à l'est, le lever du soleil depuis le confort de votre lit est spectaculaire. Tout au long de la journée, la position du soleil dicte la scène en constante évolution, tandis que la nuit, la villa revêt un caractère complètement différent grâce à la lumière subtile qui crée une qualité onirique.

Lovely stay

Lovely place to stay . Nofi (house keeper ) has been an awesome host and David is very responsive . Loved the stay . Little far from Ubud center , but did not bother us at all .

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the New Majestic Villa. It is a little off thebeaten track, which makes it perfect for getting away from the noise and crowds and enjoying some downtime. Nofi is lovely and her cooking was exceptional. We are all missing her amazing nightly dinners, and delicious banana pancakes at breakfast.Made was easy to communicate with and drove us anywhere we wanted to go. He was also great at suggesting activities/outings for us, and knew the best times to go to beat the crowds.The pool was perfect, great size and perfect temperature. We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a quieter Bali stay, while still being close enough to explore Ubud and the surrounds.

Outstanding Villa Experience

This Villa and the staff was amazing. Chef Nofi prepared some of the best meals on our trip, Matie the driver was always on time, very reliable and very knowledgeable about the area. I would recomend this villa to anyone and I am sure to return.

Piece of Paradise!

Our party of 6 could not have been more pleased with our stay at this lovely home... every interaction we had was superb! Communication and helpful tips from the owner, amazing food prepared for us and attentive care from the ladies of the home, punctual and safe transport by the drivers, amazing pool side massages and the watchful eye of the manager...We cannot wait to return!

Majestic villa is truly majestic

We had a great time at this property Novi cooked for us and it was so so good! I would highly recommend her cooking. Maday was our driver and was so kind and knowledgeable. Saved us money at almost every destination off of the listed price. He had a gentle spirit and a servants heart. The location is perfect between Ubud and Padang bai. Allowed us to dive and to see the land activities. David the owner was responsive to all our communication and was great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful villa wirh great staff near Ubud

We had a wonderful stay at New Majestic Villa. The villa overlooks a valley with tropical vegetation and from the top floor you can see the sea. It has a wonderful tropical garden and a very large swimmung pool. At night, the garden and pool are very nicely illuminated which creates a great and unique athmosphere. The staff at the villa are fantastic and very kind. Every day, Nofi, the chef made the most delicious meals for us. We were so impressed that we told her that she should open a restaurant (and we are sure she would be very successful). Made, the driver took us safely to many excursions across the island. He is also veey knowledgeable about Bali and its culture and he was a great tour guide. Communication with David, the owner of the property, was always great before and during our stay. Many thanks for an unforgettable stay at New Majestic Villa in Bali!

Fantastic stay in the villa

Everything works perfect - the setup in this house gives you the best oppunities for a vaccation with no worries. Picked up in airport - service from minute one - the drivers are there for you all week. They book everything with good prices - and drives you to amazing places and restaurants. You don´t have to think about anything before and under the travel "just wish - and your dreams will com true" :-) And Nofi (Chef) is a person you only can love !! She does everything to make your stay perfect - and cook the most lovely dinners and breakfast. Takes care of every person in the group - and our kids loves the pancakes for breakfast. Anything you need to be shopped - she fixe it. Fair, quick and safe correspondance with owner David. We loved the place - an the pictures don´t lie - it is fantastic. I will recommend it to everybody.

Incredible Stay

This property is out of a magazine! Stunning gardens, pool, and Balinese-feel all around. The rooms were meticulously clean and organized. The rooms had A/C which made sleeping great. Our house keeper Novi always had water in the rooms so we never had to worry about brushing our teeth, needing a drink at night, etc. Novi was an exceptional cook, went above and beyond by bringing us Sarongs for a cremation ceremony, and was so helpful in getting our laundry done. Our driver Made was exceptional. He provided us with so much culture information and always got us to our location safely. He was so welcoming and such a hard worker. I couldn’t help but hug him and Novi when we left! Just an incredible experience and such a warm and welcoming home when you are so far away! Cannot say enough!

Most beautiful pool and garden

Very clean, well maintained villa with nice staff; we enjoyed our stay very much. Especially we would like to point out the pool and garden area - it is so relaxing spending time in the pool while enjoying the beautiful garden view and the flowers blooming right next to it being visited by butterflies in all colors and shapes. We had a great breakfast prepared for us every morning at the villa and then usually went out with the driver to visit different places (Ubud, waterfall, hot springs,...); he knew all the great places to see and/or eat. There are no restaurants in the immediate surrounding of the villa, but you can easily have your meals cooked by the housekeeper or there are also many places who deliver in the area. The location itself is beautiful amongst rice fields and a temple right across the small valley; while we were there there was a celebration (3 evenings) at the temple, which we have to say was a bit loud until about 10pm every evening, but usually this is not the case. All in all a very nice stay in a place where you can relax at the villa and many places to explore in the wider area (with a car/driver)

Great location and stay with some room for improvement

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) We had an overall great stay at this villa. The space itself is absolutely stunning — the villa is spacious with a beautiful pool that was perfect for relaxing. What truly made our stay memorable was Nofi, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even when our plans changed last minute. We appreciated her efforts in providing delicious home-cooked meals tailored to our preferences and doing laundry overnight, which made our stay that much more comfortable. That said, there were a few hiccups. The contact information and address listed on the platform were inaccurate, making it unnecessarily difficult to find the villa upon arrival. The person managing the listing was not responsive when we needed assistance finding the villa and didn’t provide us with Nofi’s contact information in advance, which would have avoided the frustration and stress. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have details about the costs of extra services (like meals, laundry, and a driver) ahead of time, and to know that cash was required for these payments. Despite these setbacks, the villa itself and Nofi’s exceptional hospitality made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

Hi Laurino, thank you for your review. I am happy to read that you very much enjoyed your stay at the villa and that the staff member Nofi helped to make your stay a truly memorable one. There are a few inaccuracies in what you wrote so I think it is only fair that i respond by clarifying and stating the facts : Firstly you were given clear information of the costs of food and transport in my email reply to you, only to which you replied to some five weeks later. You were given the address of the villa as well as clear instructions on how to find it on Google Maps. Upon messaging me i replied within minutes each time and you were given the number of the staff member Nofi so it is incorrect and simply untrue to say that I was unresponsive The reason you couldn't contact Nofi was because you had incorrectly entered the number given and this was seen by her when you showed her the number on your phone so any stress and frustration was of your own making. All guests who stay at my villa are given detailed information on extra services and costs before arriving as well as other useful information pertaining to their stay. I am sorry if in your case you overlooked the details in my correspondence with you and for any difficulty you had in finding the villa despite having been given clear instructions. .

5-star Villa experience

We had the most amazing stay at Majestic Villa! My family of five ( kids 9, 7 and 4) stayed 4 nights in late March. From the moment we arrived (several hours delayed), and Madi met is at the airport, we were treated with the utmost kindness and generosity. Nofi greeted us with smoothies when we arrivedat the villa, despite the late hour and then came back early the next morning to make us breakfast. And let me tell you about Nofi's meals: My kids are picky eaters and they could not stop raving about Nofi's meals. We ate breakfast there most days and had dinner at least twice. It's an extra charge but totally worth it and comparable or cheaper than what you'll get at a decent quality restaurant and you don't even need to dry off from the pool. 😀 Madi, the driver will take you literally everywhere you want to go and some places you didn't know you wanted to go. His English is fantastic and was an unofficial tour guide telling us much about the people and culture. The villa istself is truly stunning. We really only used the downstairs and the pool and it was truly majestic. The kids were in the pool before breakfast almost every day and it was so peaceful on the property. It is a good 30 minutes from Ubud so be prepared for that, but it was an easy drive especially with Madi at the helm. Overall, AMAZING overall experience and we would definitely do it again.

The Most Amazing Experience!!

We loved the New Majestic! It was exactly what we needed! Back story - my husband and I visited Bali (years ago) and vowed to return back and in particular to the area of Ubud / Gianyar. Well, we traveled for hours from the airport to arrive at a villa that was under construction (which we were not informed) and a host in an odd dispute w/ the adjacent neighbor. We immediately began looking into other villas and found this gem! David was immediately helpful and our experience went from hell to heaven upon getting in contacting him. His villa is stunning and is nestled in such natural beauty. To add to it, the villa comes with the talented Chef Nofi and the best driver, Modi. Chef Nofi was able to immediately pick up on what we liked without even having to tell her. And the driver took us to the most incredible restaurant I think I’ve ever experienced. I could go on & on. The fact that this villa offers these services and from such competent staff can’t be underestimated. I didn’t deal w/ the kitchen for days and welcomed it! Many other villas advertise that you can get these services but be warned! The original villa we stayed at too offered a chef, but the chef was a no show and then we were advised to use the “Grab” app, which was not what we had in mind as a vacation! I didn’t have to concern myself with dishes, taking out the trash at the end of our stay, etc. We would highly recommend! There are many “new” build villas in Bali, but no comparison to this gem!

Beautiful traditional Balinese House

Thank you Our stay was perfect, the villa is outstanding and so much better than the images advertised Our driver Made organised all our days out and I don’t think we would have done as much if it wasn’t for him, his guidance was excellent Nofi cooked us some a few lovely meals and made the best banana pancakes for breakfast The views from the roof terrace are stunning and you can truly appreciate how near you are to the jungle and this beautiful country I would definitely visit again

Beautiful villa with wonderful staff and lovely location! Staff at the villa were wonderful, the cooks went out of their way to cater for us and Novi learnt lots of new vegetarian recipes for us which were amazing!! Driver Made was excellent with good knowledge and always available. Manager Wayan was a great character always available to help and check that all was well for us!! Location is beautiful if you are happy inland if you want regular beach time then this is a little far but Ubud is half an hours drive and there are some beautiful locations accessible from here! Perfect for us as a family holiday with teenagers and first timers to Bali, beautiful pool and gardens, lovely big house. Thankyou to all the staff who made our stay extra special we would definitely recommend to stay here and didn’t want to leave!!

Far Surpassed Our Expectations!

My parents and I recently went to Bali to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary and had the absolute pleasure of staying at the New Majestic Villa. Situated in the hills of Bukit Batu, this gorgeous house provides truly breathtaking views – from the ocean in the distance, to the lush greenery of the surrounding rice paddies, to the village and temples across the valley – all of which can be seen lounging in the lovely swimming pool, complete with infinity edge. The house is HUGE, very well-constructed and mention beautifully appointed. The large dining table outside is perfect for larger gatherings/parties. The downstairs bedrooms are MASSIVE! The two ladies – Nofil and Agung – who work there keeping house and preparing meals were an absolute delight! (Even when my mother invited herself into the kitchen to ‘help’ them – whether they wanted it or not. ) Our driver, Made (mah-day) was an indispensable part of our joyous time there. Not only would he get us to and from one end of the island to the other, but his native knowledge and understanding of Bali provided us with a far richer experience than we would have EVER had otherwise. The villa manager, Wayan, (who I don’t think I EVER saw without a huge, genuine smile on his face) kept everything in tip-top shape and made sure that we never were wanting for anything. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel immediately “at home” and were there nearly two full weeks. (You can probably see our fingernail marks on the entryway from where we had to be dragged from the premises…) To say that our expectations were met and surpassed is an understatement! We can’t WAIT to get back there and do it all again!
