Perfect for our trip

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Fabulous hosts and cute, clean and comfy condo. We spent many of hours in the pool and starring out over the lake. Only 15mins from downtown Hot Springs made it the perfect place for us.

Family Getaway

The property itself is incredibly well kept, the pool was clean, and the community seems overall quiet. The unit is clean, well labeled, stocked with all the necessities and comfortably fit our family of 5. Ms. Yolanda quickly answered any questions I had and the price was totally reasonable.

Everything was perfect

We spent a weekend here, my husband, our adult daughter, and a good friend all stayed here and it was perfect. We were very comfortable. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa. We loved sitting on the patio and having our coffee. The condo is quiet and conveniently located on the bottom floor. The area surrounding the building is beautiful and well kept. We would stay here agsin.

Great place and good communication too.

My wife and our 3 young children stayed for 3 nights. It was really nice. It had everything we needed. We did bring crib mattresses so the kids could sleep on the floor and not risk one falling from a high bed and hitting the tile floor. Tile floors are nice for a landlord, but are a bit dangerous for little kids that are excited about a vacation and have a hard time not running around. We would not hesitate to rent again.

Long Weekend

We stayed here for a long 4 day weekend gettaway to unwind and relax. The condo is beautiful and we enjoyed staying here! Frank and Yolanda were wonderful in communicating leading up to and during our stay. The property is beautiful and the unit has a private patio. Due to the construction/ renovation on the condo property unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy that as we had planned, but that was at no fault to the host. The thank you gift was very thoughtful too. We would definitely stay again! aprovate

Loved our stay

My family of 5 spent a week at Utopia and had a great time. We requested an extra night after losing power in Houston after Hurricane Beryl, Mrs Yolanda welcomed us with open arms. This place and location was perfect for my family of 5, located on the lake and a short drive to and from our daughters softball tournament. Property was clean and so inviting, we enjoyed the pool every night after long day at the ball fields. We honestly never had to contact Frank or Yolanda because our stay was smooth and effortless. Definitely hoping for another tournament in Hot Springs so we can stay here again. Highly recommend! Thank you Yolanda!

Trip to see our daughter

Our daughter is working at Camp Ozark this summer so this was a last minute weekend trip to see her. Frank and Yolanda have EVERYTHING you need for a weekend away. It's the little things here that meant so much like boxes of kleenex on every night stand, matches right beside the candle in the living room, Big TVs in every room, and a fully stocked coffee bar. The shared space was open with the perfect throw blankets to get cozy while watching baseball. The unit location couldn't be in a better spot. A small but very well stocked kitchen could support cooking three meals a day. We will certainly stay here again!

wonderful time at utopia

Our stay at utopia on the lake was nothing short of amazing. Mr. Frank & Mrs. Yolanda were such gracious hosts. They were always in contact with us to make sure everything was ok and would respond in record time. The property was beautiful and clean. It had absolutely everything you would need. It made us feel like it was our home away from home. The other guests/residents are so friendly and kind and very welcoming. From the location to all the amenities it was perfect. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place. It you're looking for a great vacation rental with a view and amazing hosts give them a call. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Hot Springs!! Thanks for such great memories for me and my family!!
