With space for the whole family, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental features direct water access and 2 covered decks, as well as must-have amenities like Smart TVs, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Your guests will enjoy kayaking the cove or playing in our game room complete with pool table, ping pong, LED color-changing lighting, and a 65” Roku TV.

We offer a 10% Discount for 4+ nights and a 15% Discount for 7+ nights

This property was everything mentioned in the listing and more. They now have a nice big porch with seating in the backyard- which is so nice for entertaining and kids. The house was very clean and we appreciated the amount of extra linens available. There was also an abundance of kitchen utensils, pans, etc. available for our use, which is better than most other places we’ve stayed. It’s close enough to the downtown area and other attractions, but far enough out of the way so you’re not right in the middle of the chaos. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time Memorial Day weekend. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room. Having a dock outside made it so convenient to pull boats right up to the house, although the water is pretty shallow, so watch your prop on the way in. The game room was great with pool and ping pong tables. Plenty of parking out front.

Great place to choose if you are looking for something right on the lake and a 10 minute or less drive to any restaurants or grocery store. My family enjoyed staying here and would recommend it. The host was very responsive and was willing to help in any way necessary.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Our kids loved the game room and spent every bit of their free time in it. No need to bring extra household/kitchen items. The owner supplied everything we could possibly need for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

SO MUCH FUN!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable, super clean. The game room was a HUGE bonus as it rained on our 2nd day & were unable to get out on the water.

Excellent Home with fun game room!

The home was very clean and the 8 of us had a blast. We spent hours in the game room every night and some of the kids enjoyed the kayaks. I would definitely recommend!

Everything was great with this house. Had plenty of kitchenware, everything was very clean and well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. The kayaks were a plus! We booked this house due to its location. Owner and manager were very accommodating.

Best Game Room

The property was clean and the beds were extra comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out over looking the water with morning coffee. We were close enough to all of the highlights of Hot Springs. We enjoyed being able to play pool and ping pong at the same time for family fun. I appreciated that there were kayaks even though we didn't use them. I highly recommend this property.
