Nestled in a peaceful community close to Collingwood and Blue Mountain, tranquil and convenient.
-No parties
-No smoking or vaping in the unit $1000 minimum charge if it is found that smoking or vaping has taken place. If you smoke on balcony or patio please close all doors and window. If neighbours are affected in anyway by smoking or vaping it is to be stopped immediately
-Quiet time 11pm-8 am
-Please respect your neighbours
-No unleashed pets outside

-Early Check in, before 4pm and late check out, after 11 am are charged at $25 including HST for each hour. This however is not always available and usually cannot be booked in advance. Cleaning schedules and booking schedules often make early check in and late check out un available

My husband, my sister-in-law and I enjoyed staying in this VRBO. We were happy with the two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. It was also nice to have the bathroom downstairs with sink, toilet washer and dryer. Our host answered our texts right away and we appreciated that.

Clean and easy to find.....

Great lodgings. Easy to find and comfortable and clean. Bit of a mix-up on arrival with parking....Don't park in front of the condo but off to the side with the name and unit number posted...(Our fault) Bathrooms were spacious...lots of televisions..kitchen well stocked with appliances - especially for coffee .would recommend it highly.
