Vistas de Las Olas East: Private suite for couples to enjoy the ocean view!

Vistas de las Olas East is one of two suites available in this second-row-from-the-beach home with an absolutely beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Located in Las Conchas, it has a sister suite, Vistas de las Olas West, which is a mirror image. You may rent one or both of these suites. Each suite sleeps two guests.

INTERIOR: The suite is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and inviting. The floors feature traditional red Mexican tile, with detailed decorative tile work throughout. This spacious 600-square-foot suite feels like a one-bedroom apartment.

KITCHEN: The kitchenette includes a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker. Please note there is no stove or blender. Cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, and cleaning supplies are provided. A breakfast bar with seating allows you to enjoy meals comfortably.

LIVING AREA: The living area includes a couch and chair for relaxing, as well as a fireplace that is both gas and wood-burning (please bring your own firewood or fire logs). For entertainment, there is a Satellite TV with DVD/VCR, a stereo system with surround sound, and a collection of videos, CDs, books, and magazines.

BEDROOM: The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a unique tiled headboard and matching end tables.

BATHROOM: The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower and beautiful decorative tile details.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Adjacent to the suite is a large outdoor patio and sundeck. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central heat and air conditioning, propane BBQ, hibachi grill, outdoor shower, and easy access to the beach.

AMENITIES: Sheets and one set of towels per person are provided.

POLICIES: No smoking inside. No pets allowed.
