Spacious 3 BR House!
Welcome to this charming and spacious family home! The unit has 3BRs and a full backyard. There is plenty of space for guests and pets, and it comes fully stocked with all the essentials needed to be move-in ready on day one, along with other great amenities!
It's settled in the heart of Merion-German Village - one of Columbus' most charming neighborhoods. Some of the best spots in town are within walking distance, and it's only a 5 minute drive from Nationwide Children's Hospital.
- No more than 2 permanent tenants.
- No more than 2 overnight guests for no more than 2 consecutive nights.
- No parties.
- Quiet hours from 10:00pm-7:00am.
- All personal waste (garbage, smoking waste, etc.) must be disposed of
immediately.
- If traveling with pets, immediate clean-up of pet waste required.
-Absolutely no smoking inside the premises. All smoking waste must be
cleaned up immediately. Any smoking waste found on the property will result in forfeit of deposit and other possible fees.
