Stay at our BEAUTIFUL studio flat with a charming Juliet balcony located in the Upper East Side! This gorgeous boutique building is nestled near some of the best attractions the city has to offer. With an unbeatable location - minutes away from Central Park, Park Ave, and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops! Enjoy dinner steps away at delicious restaurants such as Sushi Seki, and grab dessert at the famous Magnolia Bakery on your way home!

The Space:
This elegant studio features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, a renovated modern bathroom, comfy bed, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!

The space is perfect for small groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to four (4) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

BED SPACE
The studio has two (2) beds and sleeps a total of 4 guests.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion, toilet paper) and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.

PARKING
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

OTHER AMENITIES
• The Studio comes with a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, a nice Juliet balcony, shared washer and dryer.
• Luggage Storage Available

Apartment was very clean and location was perfect. Very quiet with double glass windows. Has a storage room to leave luggage. A bit tricky to access since we had to download an app but once learned it worked very well. Will stay here next time!

Great apartment to experience NYC

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights with our 6 month old baby and we had an amazing time. The apartment is in a great location. Easy to walk to Central Park, 5th Ave. the Metro and local restaurants/grocery stores so it was simple to get out and about to explore. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with the addition of the pack and play available to us on arrival.

Just right!

This place was wonderful. Pictures are exact to the property! Location is spot on! There is a Starbucks and Trader Joes right around the corner, making for easy quick meals and mornings. Check-in was supereasy and the hosts were great communicators and prompt in addressing all of my questions. Would love to stay her again during my next visit to NYC!!!

We were in NYC for a medical issue & enjoyed our stay at the studio apt. Having the convince oh being able to prepare our meals & having all the comforts of home made a stressful situation easier to cope with. The location is close to restaurants , shopping & hospitals.if we are ever I need of staying on the upper east side we will definitely stay here again. I was in communication with Charlene & Mia and they feel to all my questions & concerns within the hour.

Pros: Fantastic location, clean, beautiful newly renovated spacious room & bathroom, loved the fully stocked kitchen with nice pots/pans/ dishes. The silverware are great!Cons: Windows at top cannot be covered, so bright light blares in all night, sun blazing in the morning & opposing neighbors can all see in your room. The bed was hard/uncomfortable & my back hurt every morning. The balcony is not a balcony, only doors that open with railing. You can only unlock the door with an APP, and whoever I called for help didn't want to help, only said read your email. DO NOT let your phone die b/c that's your way to get back in the building. Be sure to write down the door code "just in case." No front desk or anyone to direct you to your room. The front is confusing. Very busy street, lots of honking & sirens all night, we slept through it, but some people may not be able to.All in all it was a decent stay & we would come back again. Hopefully these issues can all be fixed.

Great location!

Pros: The location of the property is excellent if you're interested in staying UES of the city. Pics are accurate in terms of size for NYC it's a spacious studio. Studio was very clean as it was recently renovated. Loved that I didn't need keys or a code to remember to access the building & unit as they have you download an app and send a code for your stay so all you have to do is wave your phone & unlock the door! Great feature.Cons: I ran into some of the workers doing renovation so clearly they're still working on the property. It's so new didn't look like anything had EVER been placed in the fridge nor ever cooked on the stove. BUT what it also means is there's work to be done w/ the little things....there weren't any towel rods or hooks in bathroom, no ice trays or ice maker in fridge, very sterile all white walls w/ very little decor, absolutely no spices except salt/pepper, very basic kitchen items, only drip coffee maker but someone left 2 K-cups which weren't usable as there wasn't a Keurig. No desk or workspace was problematic as I needed to work. It's right on 62nd between 1st & 2nd Ave so it's noisy/loud & you will hear lots of chatter from pedestrians and honking horns because the unit faces 62nd. Also bring eye mask w/ ear plugs because there aren't any window coverings on the top windows so if you have any plans on sleeping past 6am you'll need that eye mask.With a few changes/upgrades, I'd stay there again because of the location.
