Great location, 4 blocks from grand central station, Walking distance for Broadway show. Clean, simple, no frills accommodation with very comfortable beds. Only minor issue was low water pressure in shower. Good communication with host.

Excellent apartment in great location

This was a great apartment for our family of four. The check in process and communication with the host were very straightforward. The apartment was clean and comfortable even during the unseasonably hot weather. The location was great for accessing public transit and many major attractions were a short ride away. We would definitely stay again on a return trip.

Great spot, convenient to Grand Central

Great spot, very clean and nice separation of space for a family of five to stay overnight in NYC! Five star communication and cleanliness, convenient location but the window shades aren’t blackout and it was very bright to sleep at night. This is a walk-up 4th floor, no elevator. We would stay again, though!

Very bright. It was loud outside, but that doesn’t bother me. Everything was fine, but nothing extraordinary and the condition of the room does not look as good as in the pictures, though there was nothing wrong with it.

Super Cute!

I stayed here with my sister and my dog for the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show and it was lovely! The apartment was super cute and comfortable. The only downside is the lit billboards outside of the windows, but it only affects the first bedroom, and we just used a blanket to cover the window to make it darker. There is a great little pizza shop around the corner that we ate at, and parking just the next block over. I would definitely stay here again in the future it available.

Our 5 day booking for this property was cancelled by the owner in the middle of our 23 hour flight from Australia. We arrived in New York at 9.30pm and had to find accommodation for 5 days. I would not book an owner operated accommodation again.
