With two comfortably appointed bedrooms with a queen beds along with a charming sleeping loft with two twin beds tucked under the eaves, there's ample space for friends and family to unwind and recharge.
Step outside into the spacious lakefront to breathe in the fresh Maine air and savor the breathtaking vista of the lake stretching out before you. Access to snowmobile and ATV trails beckons enthusiasts to explore the rugged beauty of the landscape in any season.
Adventure seekers will delight in the convenience of direct access to snowmobile and ATV trails, allowing for endless exploration of the surrounding woodlands. Driveway is straight and flat for easy trailer parking. After a day of outdoor pursuits, gather around the fire pit at the water's edge. Bring your own camping chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
Boat launch is just down the street. Shallow bottom boats can be beached right at house's lake front.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans and everything else to cook. Just bring the food and drinks! Dining table has room for 6 people.
Bathroom has a full shower with shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels provided.
Washer and dryer with detergent provided.
