4 bedroom cottage, sleeps 14<br>ADVENTURE is worthwhile in itself!
Come visit our wonderful home here in 'Vacationland'!
This is the place for the body in need of rest and relaxation or the adventurous soul.
Our home has beautiful views of the thoroughfare with easy access to both Mud Lake and Long Lake, and offers boat parking on site! Enjoy boating, kayaking, tubing, fishing (salmon and trout!), swimming, laying back in the hammock, floating just outside the house on your own beach, hunting, sightseeing and nature -- including sights from the backyard of the resident Bald Eagles perched in their nests, listening to the chilling calls of Common Loons, plentiful otters and if you're lucky -- even a moose or two!
For the more daring, there is easy and direct access to hundreds of miles of ATV and snowmobile trails that interconnect several surrounding towns, and ice fishing. If you have your passport handy, we are only a 30 minute drive to the Canadian border which offers all the more trails for riding and restaurants to sample!
For general needs, souvenirs, a delicious hot meal, or for hunting/fishing licenses and for ATV and SNOWMOBILE memberships* (memberships to the Sinclair ATV club gets you the permit required to use any and all of the trails for riding) be sure to visit Martin's General Store, just a short walking distance away.
All other shopping needs are at your disposal as well. From ATV/snowmobile parts and repairs, to Walmart, Tractor Supply, shopping malls, and both local and chain restaurants all within a 20-45 minute drive (or ride!).
The home is well stocked with all your needs! Just pack your bags, grab some groceries, make yourself at home, and enjoy your time as much as we do when we visit this little slice of heaven!

My family and I went to stay at the Curtis properties over the Fourth of July weekend. We enjoyed our stay. My kids and grandkids had a great time fishing. We really enjoyed our time there.
This is the second year we’ve rented this camp. Great location for ATVs with a great little convenience store nearby. Private quiet backyard where we watched a Bald Eagle catching fish and had a campfire.

Location is great ! Host responded quickly to questions. Camp needs updating and thorough cleaning. Pots and pans are in very poor condition, the few we used needed to be scrubbed before using, many were unusable. All silverware needed to be washed before using. Cabinet in the bathroom is falling off the wall. Listed as sleeps 14 but no more than 6 can eat at the kitchen table. Could not use the gas grill as the grates are covered in heavy rust. We have been staying in the area for many years and never been so disappointed. We will not rent this place again.
Very good location and property for a long weekend snowmobile getaway.
Great location and enough space for 10 adults to be able to relax after a long day of riding. We would definitely go back if Tracy and David would have us.
Great camp. We really enjoyed this rustic camp. Exactly what you would expect from the listing. Right on the thoroughfare, just a couple of minutes kayak paddle from Long Lake. All you’ll need for your stay!

Hello, Tiffany! We're glad you enjoyed your stay! The paddling really is wonderful... right from the yard to either of 2 lakes! We certainly try to ensure guests need to pack minimally, makes vacationing that much easier!!
A group of us (10) go to the local ice fishing derby every year. We were lucky enough to find this house. Clean, great location and plenty of room. Highly recommend. We will be going back…
Hosts were very good to deal with.We had everything we needed to cook with and were comfortable. Was really nice to have a fireplace and very convenient to get to the trail system. Will return in future.

Thank you so much, Randy! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay! Keep us in mind should you ever decide to return, you were a pleasure to work with and we would be more than happy to host for you again!
A little trouble w the code to get in. Looks as described, carpeting might be getting a little old as it did bring some allergies up for some of the guest. Granted we were inside all day. Excellent breakfast place right next door and a pretty spot.
I grew up visiting family in Sinclair every summer. As the family grew, we outgrew our camp. We needed a place of our own close by and this spot was perfect. Plenty of room for sleeping, and visiting. We didn’t spend too much time there, as we were always at our family’s camp but it was great to have our own space to reset each day. I think we would have utilized it more if there were outdoor seating options around the fire pit. We would definitely rent it again, but would make a few adjustments. Cons.. hot weather made top bunks uncomfortable with no AC, cooking equipment was extremely weathered, would have been nice to know that the water was drinkable, only one toilet, not practical to cook for a large crowd, a grill would have been a great option.
Pros… Being so close to the store/restaurant was great for my kids (22,21,20,10), several places to dine and visit in the house, great shower, washer and dryer was wonderful, perfect location for our needs.
Property is great. location is awesome for snowmobiling in the county! Easy access to the trails from the house and plenty of parking space. When we arrived the house was cold because the oil company that was supposed to keep the oil tank full failed to do so after we contacted David he called them and got them to send out someone to get the furnace running at midnight. Despite the rude treatment of David by the oil company representative, David persisted in getting the problem resolved. I share this share this story to demonstrate the David's and Tracy's commitment to ensuring their guests are happy and comfortable during their stay. Also as a further demonstration of their commitment to this principal they refunded me the night's stay. I and my fiends were very happy with our stay. Tracy and David are excellent hosts. and the property is very nice. You will not be disappointed.
Need to empty some cabinets out so renters could put there food in them cabinets were full of old pans that looks like no one use them and upgrade there mattresses otherwise a great house for snowmobile right near trails
The property is as advertised. The owner is very responsive to inquiries and the property location is perfect for snowmobiling on the local and ITS trails.
The owners were very responsive to any of my questions. The place was so cute that me and my friends wants to come back every year!
