Perfect for a large group, multi-family or single-family getaway. Open floor plan with two living rooms and plenty of dining space. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding rolling hills and valley below through the floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoy a huge, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.

The space
Our treehouse is an entertainer's dream with a clean, light, modern design that sleeps 18. It features a full bar, foosball table, wall-mounted multi-arcade game, huge hot tub, and outdoor firepit area and will ensure a great time for everyone. Thoughtfully curated artwork and sleek mid-century modern furnishings are featured throughout.

Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting around a gas fireplace on the comfortably spacious deck. Then, take a hike on the Tyrolean Trail. The property borders one of the best hiking trails in the region that features multiple waterfalls, valleys along beautiful Charrette Creek, a historic family cemetery, and some fantastic morel mushroom hunting when in-season.

Later, make yourself a cocktail in the fully furnished bar adorned with custom art and a huge 75" TV lounge area to watch the game. Hungry? The fully stocked chef-inspired gourmet kitchen provides top-of-the-line appliances and equipment throughout.

House features and amenities:
- 5 bedrooms. 4 full baths. All bedrooms have their own Smart TVs.
- Bedroom 1 - king bed. Large double vanity bathroom that also features a massive walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Walk-out access to the deck.
- Bedroom 2 - king bed and full closet.
- Bedroom 3 - king bed, walk-in closet. Workspace within the closet.
- Bedroom 4 (LL) - king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath.
- Bedroom 5 (LL) - Sleeps 10. Two triple bunks with queen, full and twin beds.
- Dining room with seating for 10, plus 7 barstool height seats around the kitchen island and sofa table.
- Upstairs living room features a reclining sectional, 65" Smart TV and fireplace.
- Hot Tub with seating for 8. Cleaned after each use.
- Massive deck with seating for all.
- Deer and turkey plentiful. And the birdwatching is incredible...blue birds and eagles plentiful.
- Two kayaks available for renters use.
- Tyrol Oasis pool is just a short walk away.
- Approximately 3,300 sq ft

Wonderful family vacation

We had 14 of our family members stay here to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. It was hot outside during our stay, so we spent a lot of time indoors. We so much enjoyed the beautiful home and it was everything we could have imagined! The home was spacious with so many amenities. The hot tub was amazing! Kevin and Stephanie were extremely responsive to any of our questions, and we are looking forward to staying here hopefully sometime very soon!! We would highly recommend this gorgeous home!!

Just as expected!

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and the house was just as expected after choosing it online! Very spacious and clean with beautiful furnishings and decor. The home gives you a great amount of privacy and seclusion while also being ~15 minutes or less away from a winery, pools, and other fun activities. Hosts were very responsive and were happy to answer any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Getaway

We booked this home for a mom's weekend during the Innsbrook Pickleball Tournament. The house was perfect. Everything was new, clean, and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could ever need, the hot tub was clean, the view was beautiful. I've stayed in many different homes at Innsbrook, and this was in the top 2. The owner was also highly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed to make our weekend fantastic. We'll definitely be back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Hideaway!! We had eight adults and five kids and plenty of space for all!! Kevin and Stephanie are wonderful host, so patient and prompt with answering all of our questions and made sure we had everything we could need. The home is beautiful, was very clean and ready for us! It was so nice to come back to chill and hang out with everyone after some long day trips into St. Louis, days swimming at the pool and beaches, hiking and fishing and a trip to the safari! There were plenty of games to keep the kids busy and comfortable seating for everyone. My favorite was some morning quiet time watching the sun come up, such a beautiful view!! The kids loved seeing all of the wildlife throughout the resort!I would recommend this home for a get away to anyone!! Thank you Kevin and Stephanie for sharing your home with us!

We love the reactions that our guests have during their stays! Many comment that they can't believe such "mountain top" living exists in Eastern Missouri!

Why they chose this property

Our home feels a million miles away from everything, yet Innsbrook provides so many amenities to enjoy throughout the resort and plenty of restaurants, wineries, etc all a short drive away. One of the Innsbrook pools is just one street over from ours.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful views! Also, our lot backs to one of the best hiking trails around. Waterfalls, hills ascents/descents, pastures and plenty of wildlife are all to be expected while hiking. We created a trail just off our driveway to take you right to it.
