Garage parking, Serene back patio view, Fully comfyfied bedrooms with full bathrooms, 1 features a queen bed and the other a full size bed. The modular couch can be converted to sleep one more adult (or maybe two kids). A 17 minute walk to the Idaho Center parking lot and conveniently located for events or golf! Bring your friends and get your good vibes on!

Nice townhouse/condo property with everything we needed. We used the full kitchen a lot to prepare and enjoy all our meals for the week we stayed. Clean home witha nice layout - the garage parking was super convenient too. We enjoyed the fireplace with coffee every morning before the kids got up.

Our family stay at the Happy Place was very relaxing and enjoyable. The Happy Place was centrally located uwithin 20 minutes of shopping, The Birds of Prey (which we highly recommend), dog groomers, and wonderful resturants. The floorplan was perfect for two couples sharing the space, offering quiet private suites and cozy common areas. The townhome complex was quiet and friendly. The neighborhood welcomed our furry family member, and although we did not need to use the cleaning supplies, their availablity, should an accident have happened with our old pup, was consoling. The representations of the property were spot on. The location was excellent for attending a concert at the Ford Idaho Center, we walked in about 10 minutes and the neighborhood felt very safe, even late at night as we returned from the event. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our communications prior to our stay. We recommend this property, and if the opportunity presents itself we will book this property again instead of staying at a Treasure Valley hotel.

We only stayed one night and the location was fine for what we needed. My overall impression was everything was “ok”, but the townhome wasn’t well tended. Overall, the cleanliness was shabby. For example, the hand and dish soap in the kitchen were nearly empty and the coffee keurig coffee cups were expired. There’s a rotten food smell in the kitchen. After investigating, it ended up being the disgusting kitchen sponge and the garbage disposal. There was shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bigger bathroom, but were either empty or almost empty. The toilet paper roll was almost empty and no spare. I had to go hunting for it and found a package of tp in the garage.

Good stay

Overall this place was a really good stay. They provided just about everything. For example, kitchenware, coffee essentials, blankets, cleaning supplies, had a gate for the stairs if you needed it, bunch of shower essentials, and even some games. The check-in and check-out process was super simple. You get a key and a garage opener. It’s a pretty small one car garage (only little tight getting in) but there’s also a parking spot that’s 10-20 ft away. Only thing I would say bad is there is earwigs. I know it is summer and they can be a problem but it was a little too much for us.

Filthy! Dust covered everything, cabinets in kitchen greasy, bathmats filthy, carpet FILTHY, holes in sheets, dirty dishes, dust on ceiling fan. Had to leave because family members were getting sick from asthma attacks. Broken sofa, filthy.

A cozy stay and so close to Ford Idaho Center!

My friend and I stayed here for the PBR, and it was the perfect size. Very spacious and comfortable for a smaller group to stay at! The only thing I’d say is it’s apart of a condo/housing complex so it isn’t super private! But that’s okay I totally recommend staying at the Ford Idaho Center Happy Place, if you are in town for a venue or event. It’s so close, convenient, and comfortable!

Just Right for Our Needs

The townhouse is very convenient to St. Alphonsus hospital. We had an appointment there and wanted somewhere close. Beds were comfortable. Host was responsive and allowed us a bit of a late checkout. I wish we would have had more time to explore the outdoors around the area and take a walk. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location near Ford Idaho Center

Loved this property. Super clean and many thoughtful touches. Nice walking path nearby to walk our pups on. Walking distance to Ford Idaho Center.

Happy in the Happy Place

My husband and I stayed here for an extended time with our 2 dogs. Location is great with a lot to do nearby. Our dogs were comfortable and we had all we needed. Dawn is a gracious host!

Perfect for a quick overnight

Stayed with my husband and adult son when we were in town for a concert at the Ford Idaho Center. Property description was accurate, pre-stay communication was helpful and informative. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to local restaurants and concert venue. We would stay again!

We had everything we needed.

The place was a nice size and it was nice to have 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms.The air conditioning was excellent. It was in a nice location with a path and sidewalks to walk our little dog. The garage is really small! Hard to park the car. The worst part of the apartment was it didn't seem very clean. When we walked into the place we noticed funky odors. It smelled like cigarette smoke and rotten food or something unidentifiable. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The carpet is old and needs to be replaced. The bed in the smaller bedroom was horribly uncomfortable with old mattress and no mattress pad. The price was great, but I guess you get what you you pay for!
