Wonderful, Beautiful, Perfect!

We came here for a family celebration. This place is everything you see online. It is beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had 5 families (12 people) staying here and there was more than enough room for everyone. The owner was very prompt and responsive to all our questions and inquiries and was a joy to work with. We would most definitely rent from them again.

***AMAZING LUXURY VACATION HOME ****

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay on our family vacation. Plenty of room for 16 of us. With the 2 large living rooms, the theatre room (**AWESOME**), the pool and deck (**hot Jacuzzi**), the full size kitchen, large dining table, and the large game room, we did not have a need to leave the house. Publix was so close we had our groceries delivered by Shipt. We were able to play games, watch movies, swim and relax and not step on each others toes. It was a fantastic vacation. Leon and Jeeves (Eme) made everything easy. Thank you

Perfect for our family vacation

Our family spent a few days in this brand new beautifully house. It was really out of our expectation and made us all so excited and we really had a perfect vacation time!! The house was big, clean and fully equipped, even for small kid's step up stool. The theater room was fabulous. I love the Kitchen. It was well stocked with everything we need, pots, plates, glasses, blender etc. Game room and hot spa were awesome. This house is very close to Disney World and shopping places. The community club house was still in construction and we were advised that it will open soon. We will definitely come back again next year. Thank you Leon and Olive.

A great place for families

The check in process was a little cumbersome, but that was due to a change in procedure and the property management company did not relay that change to us. The security would not let us access our rental and the management company did not answer my call. Thankfully, the property owners stepped in to assist. I was so glad they responded to my email message! The owners are great! The property shows a little bit of wear and tear but one would expect that with a vacation rental. The beds were comfy and the house had just about everything you would need. The furniture and decorations are in good shape. It easily feels like home away from home. The property was very clean upon arrival and service calls are answered quickly. It was colder than normal for a few days due to a cold weather event that severely impacted many states to include Florida. The heated pool came in handy! I would select this place again when returning to the area.

Perfect Place to call Home ☺

My overall stay was beyond satisfied. The home was very clean and spacious. More than enough room for my family. We had tickets for all the Disney Parks and Universal which was a very close to drive. Minutes from I-4 the gateway to everything. The kids in our group always was ready to head back home early for the pool or to go to the Oasis which was the icing on the cake. I didn't order the pool heat at first but added it after I arrived you will need it for the hot tub. I ordered a grill which was delivered immediately. Only problem that I had was the ice maker wasn't working. I contacted maintenance but I assume they were really busy and since that was the only problem I didn't make a fuss about it because it was still making ice. Since we cooked quite a bit I would like to see a few more pots and pans. We had more than enough enough plates, glasses etc. Which was great. The owner was very prompt with answering all my questions. I will definitely rent this home again. I can go on and on about how I satisfied I was. We had more family to rent another 8 bedroom home in Champions gate at the same time and this one by far was the best of the two. The movie room with the projection screen and the T.V size in both living rooms was the deal breaker when i was searching for a rental. Look no more..Make this your next vacation home.

Furniture Was different from the Pictures. Rotches in the kitchen. Mattresses were horrible to sleep on. Bathtub didnt have Hot water in Master Bath. Walls were dirty. House wasn't cleaned properly. Will not recommend

The pool was green very nasty. After second day they came and half cleaned it. I have pictured.

Broken beds in two bedrooms, big and small roaches found upstairs and downstairs, the kitchen floor was sticky, kitchen sink and garbage disposal stopped up, trash around the front door and trash in the trash bin smelly. Furniture in living room was peeling. Refrigerator inside bottom was missing coating, no face cloths, pool table had 1 pool stick, broken pool stick.I more hurt that my teenager couldn’t enjoy the pool that is the highlight for all of us when we take our family vacation. I couldn’t enjoy my morning meditation on the patio. And I could hardly reach anyone to help with the problem so I texted the number and they finally responded. I have pictures of everything if I need to send them to you

House with a lot of potential but needs some TLC

The management was great. Communication was easy and they were quick to assist when we needed anything. We stayed in this home during a Family Christmas Vacation to Disney. Traffic made the house feel farther away than we wanted but it wasn’t terrible. The home had a great kitchen with everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were great! We did pay for the heating of the hot tub and it was perfect after a long day in the parks. We appreciated the pool towels that were provided. The home had lots of room and more beds than we needed. It is a great home it just needs some TLC like fresh paint and repairing broken lamps and such. If the home came with wash clothes, more bath towels, more toilet paper provided (we were out after our first night), and floor towels by the showers in the bathrooms, it would really make a stay much nicer. Overall our family enjoyed our stay and we appreciated the assistance we were provided.

i would not recommend

this place did not meet our expectations at all. numerous issues with the accommodation. - when we arrived there were maintenance people there, and we thought we had entered the wrong house. they didn’t identify themselves. they were nice enough after we asked who they were. but when they left there did not clean up after themselves so there was drywall dust in multiple places, and dirt all over the house from their shoes where they had tracked mud inside and all upstairs. - the game room was abysmal. nothing was working. - the movie theater didn’t work…you can only play dvds, you can’t stream anything. they haven’t updated this. - the dining room chairs were literally broken and torn. when you sat on them you could only feel the wood support seat beams, not even the cushions. - the sofa set upstairs in the loft is broken and you cannot sit on it. not usable. - there were roaches upstairs and downstairs. i understand it is florida, but lots of roaches i.man the kitchen and bedrooms. - the hot tub didn’t work and the pool heating didn’t work -the walls were all scuffed up and showed so much wear and tear. it definitely did not feel like a home you would want to stay in or rent. - the back door didn’t lock leaving us unable to secure the property ( they did fix this while we were there) overall this was one of the worst vrbo experiences i have had. the only saving grace was the location was decent, and the property manager was reachable. do yourself a favor and do not rent this place.

Amazing location and amenities

House was perfect for our big family. Amenities in the complex were great. The pool and Jacuzzi were amazing. Some of the furniture needs to be upgraded as it shows signs of wear. Overall, stay, house and location were great.

The house was spacious but was well worn. The property was cleaned but stained. The dish washer had an odd smell but we didn't fix any meals needing to use. The pool provided much needed relaxation after golf. The pool table was very well used and not really playable. The overall experience was good just a well used facility.

Great home near Disney

The home was perfect for our family reunion of 20 people. There were minor issues with the cleaning on arrival, but the management company was responsive. Had delay in getting the pool heat turned on, but once it was working the pool became the center for our teens. The furniture and decorations were great and overall experience fantastic! The resort had great amenities, but the home was so great we rarely used them.

Great stay

The owner of this property was very helpful. The house is in a great area, very spacious and clean. The pool and spa heat worked great the whole time we were their. The only issue is the mattresses are older and need replacing soon but that just comes with use of the house. Thanks again Leon for all your help and renting us your house. It made for a great trip..

Florida Vacation

The house was excellent!!! There was plenty of room for my family to enjoy their time, whether it was playing a game in the gameroom, watching a movie in the theater room, or watching a football game in the Livingroom area!!! There was something for everyone to do. We had some pool heating issues,we only got to get in the pool the last few days we were there. There were some broken blinds in the downstairs master bathroom and the sliding glass door ones in the livingroom. Our family would definately stay there again. It was a beautiful, modern and fun house to relax in!!! Also the Club house was amazing!!!

Exceptional home. Very beautiful and clean. Hot tub and pool worked perfectly the whole time.

Very beautiful home. Everything was exceptionally clean. Pool and hot tub worked the whole time which in past homes we rented has always been an issue. They even came to clean the pool mid week. Garbage was picked up every day which was an added bonus. We would absolutely recommend this house to any of our friends and family. We have been coming to Florida the last 6 years for March Break and this is by far the best rental we have had. We would definitely rent this home again.
