Encantador y acogedor apartamento completamente renovado (2017), totalmente equipado con 2 dormitorios, 3 camas, baño, salón, cocina y amplia terraza para alojar hasta un total de 3 personas. 75 m², ubicado en Sardina del Norte, al norte de Gran Canaria (Gáldar), una zona muy tranquila cerca de un pequeño pueblo de pescadores. Cerca de una encantadora playa de arena dorada para familias, a sólo 8 minutos en coche (2 km). Preciosas vistas al mar. Acceso a la costa de rocas y piscinas naturales a 50 metros, de fácil acceso por las escaleras.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble (2 sleeps). Segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. Ropa de cama y las toallas están incluidas. Hay dos zonas de aparcamiento público en la zona donde pueden aparcamiento fácilmente.

Dispone de dispositivo Internet Wi-Fi portátil.

Stayed with my adult daughter for 2 weeks, excellent apartment good communication with Jose. Car is essential but lovely and quiet veiw from terrace is brilliant. Loads of hiking if thats your thing. Thanks Jose

Un balcon sur l'azur et un calme inespéré

Sixième séjour aux Canaries, nous avons des points de comparaison. José et Lucia sont formidables. Le logement est clair, remarquablement propre, l'équipement est neuf et complet, les lits sont très confortables et Punta de Sardina est à l'abri du bruit, même pendant la nuit de Noël. Tout le ravitaillement nécessaire à Sardina et Galdar. La vue sur la mer est absolument incroyable. Mille randonnées tous niveaux dans cette partie nord-ouest de l'île. On pleure quand il faut partir.

Bel appartement bien équipé situé au nord de Gran Canaria , Parking privé, idéal pour les amoureux de la nature . Baignades dans les piscines naturelles dans les environs .Nous y reviendrons .

Nice modern apartment with spectacular ocean view.

The apartment sits on an isolated outcrop of volcanic rock overlooking the sea. Lucia greeted us very warmly on arrival and gave us detailed information about the apartment and the vicinity. Her son Jose provided English translation. The apartment, which is very clean, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. We were a party of five. Our son slept on the sofa-bed in the living room. The bathroom has an excellent shower. The well equipped kitchen has a two burner stove, a microwave and a toaster oven. We ate our meals on the large terrace looking out over the ocean. The nearest store is the SPAR, 2 km away in Puerto de Sardina. More varied shopping and restaurants are in Galdar, a 12 minute drive. From the apartment, one can walk down a steep hill to the ocean. More accessible beaches are a short drive away.

A nice apartment at the very NW corner of Gran Canaria

We were welcomed by the owner, a nice lady who explained everything in lively Spanish. I understood it thanks to my knowledge of Italian and when not, her son helped to translate into English. She showed the apartment and left us a big bowl of fruits, another of chocolate, Canarian coffee and a bottle of Spanish wine. Very kind of her. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. There were enough towels and the kitchen was well equipped. There are three rooms, two of which are bedrooms. There is a nice balcony where we sat every evening for several hours and enjoyed the loneliness of the place where one sometimes hears only the big waves crashing against the cliffs. The apartment is located in the very NW end of the island in an apartment complex of several dozens of apartments, All this is in the middle of an empty landscape practically without vegetation. But the coast is beautiful with its cliffs and ocean waves, The ocean was just about 50 m from our window, down below because the apartments are higher on a cliff. We had a beautiful view of it. It is possible to go down the stairs and enjoy the view from there as well but it is not possible to swim there in winter. However, they said that it is possible in summer. It is absoletely necessary to rent a car for living there. But do not be afraid of driving - the airport is just 50 km away and by then you have already covered half of the island. The best beaches lie in the south in Maspalomas and it is ca 90 km away. We went there on three days out of our seven when we wanted to investigate the southern part of the island. But there is a lot to see also in the north and the centre of the island and in this case you do not need to drive much. I recommend the apartment to anybody who likes to live away from touristic places with big hotels and hundreds of fellow countrymen around you. To those who like silent evenings with only the sound of ocean waves. The TV showed only Spanish programs so if you do not understand the language, it would not be very entertaining. And there is no WIFI in the apartment. Prepare to spend your evenings talking to the people you spend your holiday with or reading a book. There is nowhere to go for a walk because it would be dark, unless you drive to the next village where there are a few bars. Or to a town farther away wich has more eateries to offer. We stayed at home and enjoyed it after a lof of sightseeing all over the island in the daytime.

Wonderful getaway for lovers of the sea.

Lucia and her family are wonderful hosts and we can strongly recommend the apartment! The family met us at the apartment when we came from the airport. They helped us carry our bags and the house was perfectly clean and Lucia explained everything we needed to know. Lucia had also provided us with cold beer, water, fruits and some breakfast (tea, butter, marmalade, etc.) and typical local products which was very nice after a long journey. We also got essential tips for getting about the area. We spent 2 weeks in the house, which was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children. The best of all was the wide balcony with an AMAZING view! And the sunset...! You have a magnificent view of incomparable sunsets over the located within sight of the island of Tenerife. When we had problems with the washing machine Lucia and her family came directly to help us and fixed it. That was very valuable. For further questions his son Jose is an anytime via SMS. We enjoyed it because nothing missing. Sardina and the surroundings are really nice. It's located in a small, very quiet and privacy offered plant directly on the rugged north-west coast of Gran Canaria, it is the ideal base for all kinds of activities. In about 3km distant Sardina there is actually to cover everything to the daily needs (restaurants, diving, fishing shop, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc.) We really liked the city of Galdar and took the car to visit many places in the north. The "Playa de Sardina" is very good with soft gold sand and not too big waves, perfect for kids. The coast line around is dramatic with wonderful views. We had a great stay at Lucia's house, and all in all one can say: Absolute recommendation for individuals who do not want to spend in the bed strongholds of Southern Island their holiday, and look at for a quiet place away from the crowded tourist places.
