Excellent

We have stayed at another home in Frangista a few years ago and we almost didn’t rent this house because our first experience was a dirty house and that was not being maintained. This house was a wonderful experience for our family reunion group of infants to grandparents! The house was clean and the manager even checked on us several times to make sure all was well. I casually mentioned that our bathroom plug wasn’t working and the shower light would work randomly. The manager immediately responded with the time frame the electrician would be over. He fixed it quickly. Also since it was the 4th of July holiday week the manager sent fireworks schedules for the surrounding areas. Watching the fireworks on the 4th, on the beach just steps from our private entrance was just perfect. The Emerald Coast is magical on a regular day but the 4th of July celebrations made us all appreciate the efforts made by all those who put on the best shows! We would return to this particular home again. It was perfect for our group.

Would highly recommend this property and plan to book again next year! The use of the elevator was greatly appreciated as my husband needed it! Prime location but needs maintenance

Just returned from a weeks stay. The location is perfect! The house needs lots of maintenance and upkeep. Doors are pealing apart and dirty and floors are worn, All of the furniture could use replacing. The beds are very uncomfortable. There are stains on the chairs. This house had/has so much potential with some attention and upkeep. Overall the trip was good, we just expected the property to look like the pictures.

It is walkable distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, a winery, ice cream, beach shops etc. The house is perfect for reunions and celebrations.

We enjoyed staying at this property. We hope to be back! We had plenty of space and the views were incredible! The only downfall was that the community pool was only up and running 2 of the 7 days of our stay.

The pricing at the time was good for a location right on the beach. We did make the mistake of going during spring break where they were lots of college kids. Beaches were super crowded and the crowds were a little more rowdy than I would’ve liked. At times at night you could hear loud screaming and music. The house did have a leak and needed a good deep clean. The community pool was not warm at all. That was disappointing. We did pay extra to have the pool at the house heated. I would say it’s more like a large hot tub than a pool. It was very warm and enjoyable.

Lovely location

Everything was very nice. It worked well for our family with the layout of the house. The heater in the community pool was broken when we arrived but was fixed by day 4. That is a big draw for our family at this time of year. Thanks for getting it fixed.
