🚿 Full bathroom located in hallway in between all 3 bedrooms

Lower Level (Basement) -
🛏 2 Daybeds (open space) - 4 twin beds
🚿 Half bathroom located to the right when reaching the bottom of the stairs


🏙✈You will be a 5 minutes to the Mall of America - St Paul/Minneapolis Airport

🧻We start guests off with a generous amount of essentials, we do not restock after our starter items (toiletries, etc) have run out. We ask for you to only use what you need during your stay at our rental

House Rules/Other Notes:

📩 ID matching person booking will need to be provided within 48 hours of confirmed reservation, along with a short rental contract. Please note, must be over 25 to book

📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance- front door, backyard, and driveway for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood. Our cameras are active 24/7, if tampered with we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund

Parking: 3 Vehicles Max. Do not park in our grass. Vehicles can park in our driveway and on the public street only in front of our rental.



🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up. Our garbage day is Monday

🏡 Quiet hours 7:30AM-10PM

🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.


🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required
